Wir haben erst vor ein paar Stunden das Haus verlassen, vermissen es aber jetzt schon und planen unseren nächsten Besuch. Es waren einfach perfekte 7 Tage in Jerewan. Von Anfang an fühlten wir uns hier wie zu Hause und wollen im Herbst wieder kommen. Artavazd ist sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Kommunikation mit ihm war äußerst einfach und angenehm. Da ich erst später eingereist bin, kümmerte sich Artavazd um meine Familienmitglieder und hat ihnen geholfen. Das charmante Haus mit Terrasse ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, der Garten ist bestens gepflegt und der Swimmingpool mit wunderschönem Blick auf die Stadt blitzblank sauber.

Stepan’s place was simply lovely. It was so centrally located across from a terrific park with fabulous restaurants. It was well-decorated and very clean. My family of 4 felt very comfortable. Thank you for the most welcoming place in Yerevan.

It was a very short stay (half day, half night), and I like it a lot: very friendly, very flexible, good price, nice view, and a great place to stay: clean, modern, I like the design of the room, large window with a great view, big bathroom, everything was good. Практически новая квартира в тихом районе недалеко от центра города,кровати удобные,душ с прекрасным напором,лифт,у нас было много багажа.Я по ошибке забронировал квартиру на день раньше,средства были невозвратные,но с помощью Майкла деньги вернули на счет,рекомендую как доброжелательного профессионала!

Очень хорошая квартира. Стильная и удобная. Все необходимое есть. На кухне много посуды. Очень удачное расположение в центре города и огромный балкон на четвертом этаже. Хозяин оперативно отвечает. Могу рекомендовать, своих денег точно стоит.

Очень понравилось жить в этой уютной квартире. Довольно просторно, очень качественный ремонт, видно что делали с душой. Шикарная мебель, много шкафов и тумбочек, есть даже гардеробная комнатка в спальне. Замечательный большой стол в гостиной. Кухня потрясающая, есть очень много инструментов для готовки, красивая посуда, много места. Квартира отлично отапливается в холодный сезон, есть даже тёплые полы! В квартире всё что нужно, включая быстрый интернет. Расположение хорошее, довольно близко к центру - 20 минут пешком либо 5-10 минут на такси. До метро идти минут 10. В шаговой доступности магазины, аптеки, и тд. Хозяева очень дружелюбные и отзывчивые, очень быстро решали все возникающие вопросы. Рекомендую! Надеюсь что вернусь снова!

Very nice and clean apartment. It features a spacious balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. The Dalma shopping center is conveniently located just across the street. Highly recommended!

I booked the apartment for my family. They had an enjoyable time in Sirane’s apartment. The location is amazing. Easy to get around, 20 min walk to the city centre, close to the metro station and buses. The apartment was clean and just like its pictures. Sirane is an amazing host, responsive and flexible. I will definitely book it again for next time.

Stay here! I loved my 5 night stay — the apartment is centrally located, on an adorable street, and felt just like home. The balcony is great for relaxing. Eylin was incredibly responsive and friendly, and truly made my first trip to Yerevan unforgettable.

Very nice place near the city center, the residential complex is very calm and safe. There were available parking spots right in front of the building. The host was very responsive at all times and helped us with everything. Highly recommended!

The apartment was wonderful and exactly as described. Very spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed. It honestly feels like the best option on Airbnb in this area. We felt right at home. Irina was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The location was also super convenient. We’d definitely love to come back!

I stayed at the apartment for a week and was pleasantly surprised by how well thought-out everything was. Inside, there’s everything one might need—from the basics like an induction cooktop, plates and pans, a washing machine, and even a special hanger with little pins :) for drying clothes on the balcony, to things you wouldn’t normally expect. For example, a strainer for berries or small fruits, which I found especially handy since they’re delicious and inexpensive during the summer in Armenia. There was even an umbrella, which turned out to be a lifesaver on a couple of rainy days—quite unexpected in Armenia’s usually dry climate. Alice, the host, was really helpful. We kept in touch, and she reached out in advance to let me know that the hot water would be turned off for a few hours one day (it was a building-wide issue, so out of her control) and kindly apologized for the inconvenience. The location is perfect for exploring the city—everything is within walking distance.

We rented the apartment on the top floor which was very private, very spacious, big living room with large table and seating area, 2 spacious bedrooms. Access to large private balcony from dining space with view of garden, pool and surrounding mountains. Everything was clean and worked well. Communication with the owner was easy and fast and she was very kind and always ready to help. Also all people working there were always nice and ready to help. We could park our motorbikes under the roof behind the gate what was very comfortable for us. Good small supermarket is right around the corner. It was a perfect spot for us to explore Gegham Ridge. Definitely recommend.
