Hotel vacation rentals in Armenia

Jedná se o celý byt v rámci několikapodlažního domu. Ubytování je vhodné pro rodinu nebo skupinu přátel. V bytě jsou dvě koupelny a 3x toaleta, což je vhodné ve větším počtu lidí. Ubytování je velmi prostorné a čisté. V koupelnách byly toaletní potřeby zdarma, ručníky, župany a pantofle. Velmi jsme ocenili výtečnou snídani, paní kuchařky neustále doplňovaly stůl. Snídani je možné si sníst s výhledem na město. V neposlední řadě oceňujeme skvělou polohu v centru nedaleko hlavního náměstí a modré mešity. Parkování je možné na ulici před hotelem, ve všední dny dopoledne je ale hodně plno, doporučujeme domluvit parkování předem, hotel má svá parkovací místa.

House of writers at Sevan Lake is an architectural heritage from the first half of XXth century. It is an great example of bauhaus and constructivist type of architecture. Alone this is the reason to stay here. This house is located directly at Sevan Lake, which gives you unbelievable view directly from the balcony. Argam is making sure everything to grant you very warm welcome and comfortable time at his hotel. You should use opportunity and visit the café near the hotel. Food offered here is very delicious!

Tatev was a wonderful host she made my first visit to my homeland a wonderful experience. Her place was clean and comfortable. Water was hot. Plumbing worked wonderfully. She was always available and eager to offer help. Even while she was on vacation herself she always responded immediately and was there to answer any questions I had. I can't wait to go back to Armenia and stay in one of her apartments again. Thank you Tatev. Any travelers to Armenia I highly recommend staying at Tatev's apartment's. She is a more than just a person renting a place she is truly concerned with making your visit to Armenia wonderful. My son and I are grateful to her.

Nous avons passé trois nuits chez Ruzan et Artak et ne pouvons que recommander leur logement. Nous avons été accueillis avec sincérité et gentillesse, une vraie rencontre! La maison correspond parfaitement à l'annonce, le petit-déjeuner est royal, notamment composé de fruits de leur jardin, conseils et petites attentions en russe, arménien, français et un peu en anglais, vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés! Merci encore pour votre accueil, nous avons hâte de revenir!

This was a great experience. My fist time that I was using the abnb, and my host delivered exceptional service and hospitality. I was their with my family for almost a week, and we had two rooms. Rooms were very clean, and very comfortable. We had a great time, and we will go there again if we decide to travel to the same area again.

В отеле чисто, уютно. В номере было всё необходимое для жизни в течение недели – чайник, микроволновка, утюг и доска для глажения. Хозяйка отеля Татев и сотрудник Айк очень внимательны, тут же откликаются на любую просьбу. Очень удобное расположение для туристов, путешествующих по Армении на автомобиле. Удобное расположение для совершения радиальных однодневных поездок. Удобный выезд из города на машине во всех направлениях (кроме Тбилисского). При этом удобно добираться до центра города на метро (людям, не привыкшим к кавказскому агрессивному стилю вождения, я рекомендовал бы свести к минимуму поездки на автомобиле по городу).

We spent two lovely days at the Ecolodge. We had the place all to ourselves, which was excellent. Location is great, so are the facilities.

房东很好沟通，回复及时，服务热情周到。位置非常好，离火车、地铁站非常近，走路五分钟，交通便利，乘地铁2站即可抵达共和国广场，周边有市场和超市，值得推荐。

Комфортный номер, уютно, тепло, нет проблем с горячей водой. Есть чайник и чай-кофе. Кровати удобные. Предлагают вкусный завтрак за очень приятную цену. Все понравилось, спасибо хозяевам за теплый прием!

Très beau logement qui surplombe le canyon . L aménagement est magnifique. Tout est fait avec bon gout . La terrasse, le jardin, la piscine. Karen a pris le temps de discuter avec nous . Nous avons très bien mangé et avons pu déguster du très bon vin. J’ai apprécié écouter les différents style de musique proposé par Karen . Musique classic au petit déjeuner, musique arménienne plus contemporaine au souper .Top 👍 Je recommande a 100 % ce logement avec ses services. A très vite Karen 😉

Spacious clean and very comfortable room. Great breakfast and great staff. Amazing pool and Sauna facilities. Taxi into center around 5 Euros. Highly recommend this hotel. Great facilities and great value for money.

Suren and his wife Julia were great hosts, even if the language barrier was sometimes difficult. If you come with no Armenian or Russian, you may find it difficult to communicate fluidly -- but they are experienced hosts and will work with you to come to an understanding. Their son and daughter, often available on the other end of a cell phone, speak good English and can help with translating anything that can't otherwise be figured out. Julia's cooking and general hospitality are top-notch. If internet access is a priority, make sure you ask for the wi-fi device -- it needs to be plugged in in your room but the signal is surprisingly good once it's working.

Закрытый частный двор на маленькой улице рядом с кипящим проспектом и метро. Если бы не стройка неподалеку, внутри было бы совсем тихо, но спать это особо не мешало. В самих апартаментах все было хорошо.

This place was truly amazing and talking to the owner and the family was a lovely experience. I would recommend anyone who needs to stay in Goris to come here.
