Vacation rentals with a home theater in Armenia

onestamente, molto soddisfatto della casa. metropolitana sotto casa, supermercato anche con prime necessità, si dorme bene. piccolo consiglio a Tigran: se metti la macchinetta del caffè, sarebbe opportuno mettere delle cialde a disposizione almeno per il primo giorno. ti ringrazio poi per tutto, sono stato molto bene e se dovessi tornare a Yerevan, sarai la prima opzione. PS: ma metti le cialde! :)

Хозяин отзывчивый, дружелюбный. Карманный Wi-Fi это 10 из 10, местная сим-карта не понадобилась, квартира тихая и уютная. Удачное расположение квартиры(обязательно посетите): супермаркет Ереван Сити - 5 минут пешком, Хинкали на туманяна 3 минуты, стендап клуб Ari 10 минут, центральная площадь 14 минут, Каскад - 15 минут, вкусный шашлык в лаваше - 1 минута (соседний дом, в подвале). Район тихий и спокойный, сон никто не нарушал, в спальне шторы не пропускают свет и хорошая кровать. Если вы только слышали про армянское гостеприимство, но не знали как это на деле - рекомендую начать с Тиграна, большое ему спасибо.

Останавливались в квартире Карапета на 4 дня вшестером. Просто шикарная квартира, нам очень понравилось. Очень чисто, есть абсолютно все необходимое и даже больше. Хозяин старался сделать все максимально удобно и комфортно для нас. Брат хозяина Аро, прекрасный человек, нас встретил, все нам показал и рассказал, помог заселиться в квартиру. До центра на такси ехать примерно 15 минут. В Арабкире, где находится квартира, прохладнее и тише, чем в центре, что нам понравилось. Вокруг дома много магазинов, можно купить все необходимо. Мы остались в полном восторге от квартиры! Очень рекомендуем. 10/10.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It’s incredibly spacious, with two large bedrooms and three bathrooms . The space is bright and sunny, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The location is also good, there’s a big mall nearby, which made shopping and dining very convenient. Everything was well-maintained and new. The host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this place!

Спасибо Яне за чудесный прием в Ереване. Несмотря на то что мы прилетели поздно вечером, нас заселили в квартиру и помогли сориентироваться с городе. Квартира находится в самом центре Еревана, в пешей доступности к рынку Вернисаж, фонтанам, кафе и ресторанам. Особая благодарность за помощь с вызовом такси в поздне время в день отъезда. Однозначно рекомендую, особенно если нужна квартира с тремя изолированными спальными местами.

It was a great place to stay and the hosts were very friendly and accommodating! Our stay was very last minute and they were very responsive! We would definitely recommend the place!

Mihran was really the perfect host. Everything from helping with transportation, ski rentals and even suggesting good restaurants and helping us reserve. They were always so helpful and attentive. The villa is very spacious and perfect for large families or groups, highly recommend this place!

It was a good experience

Gevorg was a great host for us as a family, and we’re truly grateful for his outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. He offered us a free breakfast (local style) and extended our checkout time a bit although he had a following guest. Gevorg looked for all the details at his outstanding home. From the beautifully designed house to its great location along the river and within a greenery area, every aspect of our stay was greatly managed. We’ll certainly keep this place in mind for future visits and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing place!

Liana and Grant were very welcoming and helpful for our stay. The place is basic but with the balcony and the garden are really nice ! My children could play ping pong and chill in the garden. Grant helped us a lot and offered to come with us to find one of the medieval monastery in the forest. We really enjoyed staying there.
