Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Arlington

Gina’s place was wonderful, cozy and fun for a party of 9 whom spent 3 nights there. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the game room a bit more. The location was excellent as it was only 11 minutes driving distance to Georgetown where we spent a lot of time. We would definitely stay here again if we get the opportunity.

For what we needed it was perfect! We had 8 people, one being handicap another one limited mobility. Downstairs bedroom with full bath was perfect for them but it lacked a closet or wardrobe. Remaining bedrooms/bathrooms upstairs was a perfect fit for the rest of us. Easily parked 2 large vehicles (Nissan Titan and GMC Yukon). Very quiet neighborhood. Close to DC, metro stations and great restaurant options in Crystal City (our favorite was the Crystal City Sports Pub)

Juniper Place was a more than lovely stay for our 2 families. The home was pristine, beds were amazingly comfortable, kitchen, dining area nicely accommodated. The backyard with fireplace was an added bonus that we enjoyed several evenings during our stay, basement with additional living space and gaming for teens was also great! Kitchen snacks, drinks and amenities was a wonderful touch! Great property and great host, highly recommended!! Job well done Jack :-}

Very happy with our stay. Three adults - one son moving into grad school from cross-country - and we were all comfortable. We had a parking space, two bathrooms, and room to relax at the end of long days. Close to groceries and restaurants. This is an old but charming home, be prepared for stairs, some squeaks etc. that come with an old home in a humid place, but air conditioning, wifi, showers, laundry machines worked perfectly, home decor fun and comfortable, pretty plants abound, lovely light and views, and quiet at night. Communication from owners excellent along the way to tweak the use of their alarm system or fix a sticky door. Finally, I noted their use of recyclable goods like plastic and paper. Much appreciated!

From the moment we arrived at Trish and Jason's, we felt right at home. Jason greeted us upon arrival, showed us the space, and explained everything thoroughly. Their home is beautiful, equipped with everything you'll need during your stay. They've really thought of all the little things! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We LOVED the location, only a 10 minutes walk to the zoo and the metro station. We attended the Heart concert at Wolf Trap, an easy 25 minute car ride away. Communication was effortless and we always felt they were easy to reach. Traveling with a 4 month old can be strenuous, but landing at Trish and Jason's was the home-away-from-home we were looking for. We will absolutely be back!

This house is a great find - it has everything you need to feel right at home and the house and yard are beautiful. The house is extremely well appointed and well stocked. The common area furniture and beds are very comfortable. The gas fireplace was perfect for cool spring nights. The back yard porch was a great place to hang out with comfy furniture, 2 grills, sun umbrellas and a gas fire pit. I love to cook and the kitchen had everything I needed and more. Diana is one of THE BEST Airbnb or Vrbo hosts that we have ever had. She was very responsive, knowledgable, friendly and detail oriented. My wife left her glasses and she mailed them to us overnight. The location is excellent - the neighborhood is peaceful, but very close to the town center stores and activities. Falls Church has a small town feel but is close to all of the attractions of the Wash DC metro area. The house comfortably accommodated me, my wife, our son and grandparents; one-level living was great for grandparents.

Outstanding Airbnb experience! This home easily fit our group of 10 and was as good as it gets. Great location, super clean, quick communication. Would absolutely stay here again!

The house is beautiful, well-equipped, and clean. The price is a bit high, considering it’s not located in DC and the nearby school causes congestion on the adjacent streets.

Had early flight, Jeannie let us drop off luggage early so we could explore the city. WiFi went out for a bit but Jeannie was quick to provide us with a fast alternate wifi. Space was amazing, the roller skates were fun, Pantry had different teas and coffees for us to choose from as well as little things like floss, bandages, essential oils, and a mini library. One of my favorite Airbnb experiences. I would 1000% re-book .

We spent 4 days site-seeing in DC and Lily's location was perfect, being just off the Richmond Hwy it was easy to get to by car. We paid an additional fee for parking under the building which was well worth it given the convenience. The Crystal City Metro station, with both the Yellow and Blue lines, was a very short walk away and could even be accessed via an underground walkway system just outside the building. Also just a block or two outside the building was a movie theatre and several bars/restaurants. Having breakfast on the 14th floor balcony was a great start each morning before heading to Metro to start the day's adventures. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was immaculate and that is a huge deal for our family. (We love that they ask you to take your shoes off when you are in the home as that’s what we do in ours!) The location is close to the freeway, but super quiet and private. Pentagon City is 5-6 minutes away in heavy traffic; we did all the touristy things and visited all the sites. You’ll receive several emails and videos just prior to checking in, so be sure to have the app or check your email often as the check-in process is a little different than others. It was a beautiful space, clean and neat; the parking space was a huge PLUS!!! The cons: be prepared to stop for coffee (ground coffee not KCups) and basic salt/pepper, oil/spray, aluminum foil, etc if you plan to cook in the apartment. The hosts are fabulous and respond quickly and proactively to anything. If you are looking for a spotless, comfortable space to stay while sightseeing in DC, this spot is for you!

This is my second stay and it was great once again. The apartment is perfect for one person and is a great place to hang out when you don’t want to be out enjoying all of the Ballston area restaurants. I’ll be back.

Lovely apartment, very well located, just one block from the metro and one station away from the airport. The host was very attentive to everything I needed. Definitely an excellent choice for staying in Washington, D.C.

Cute & spacious boho apartment. My family of 5 was very comfortable inside. Metro & restaurants were close by (5 min or less walk). Free parking pass was great. Currently there is a lot of construction happening in the parking garage and on the street but it wasn’t too loud and once you got used to the few streets that were closed it was easy to drive and walk around the neighborhood.

The place is about a 10 minute drive to DC. The place is nice and they even have a 24 hour gym. Sam the host is nice and very responsive. I would stay here again if I’m in the area.

This place could not be more perfect for our trip to DC. It was the perfect distance to the metro. Our group of 8 had so much space of our own, yet plenty of room to be together in the common spaces and not be on top of each other! We went in the coldest month of the year, so unfortunately we didn’t get to experience the best of what the outdoor areas had to offer but the views were breathtaking regardless. Melanie’s place was extremely clean and everything was provided and then some! Everyone in our group would like to go back in warmer months to spend more time outside. Before we got there, Melanie explained that there was an issue with one of the sinks in the cabins and said she would credit us accordingly. I thought that was great! It did not hinder or create a problem whatsoever! I hope we get to make it back sometime!

Idalma was a very great host. Beautiful property filled with green space. There are places to go for entertainment very close by. Also is very peaceful at night! Highly recommend and will happily book again in the near future!

Great place to stay! Lots of wildlife- birds, turtles, deer, rabbits, etc. Location is very quiet and serene but not far from suburbs which have gas, food, restaurants, ect. Host was FANTASTIC to deal with. Highly recommend the place and these hosts. My only complaint is that we didn’t spend enough time at the house.

We loved our stay! The trails were beautiful and we loved grilling on the fire pit.

Loved staying at this AirBnB. Great host! Very responsive! First AirBnB I've stayed at actually offered the second "B" of BnB --breakfast, if you like. And you can buy truly fresh eggs from their chickens on the property! AND...walkable to one of my favorite wineries, Paradise Springs!! Lovely place. Lovely host. I will be coming back!
