Traveling with dogs can sometimes be a hassle but Sara was super easy to work with and communication was excellent! Will definitely stay here every time we come back to the DC area!

We’re returning guests and absolutely love staying at this location! It’s centrally located—just minutes from great restaurants, shopping at the mall, and plenty of other things to do in the area. The space is always clean, comfortable, and convenient. Overall, a great stay every time. We’ll definitely be back the next time we visit DC!

The place was clean and as expected. Last minute there was a flood in the condo, prior to our arrival, and the host reached out apologizing and offered us a similar condo a few minutes away. The new place was very similar, slept the same number of people, and had free parking as well. We were happy. It was 12 minutes to the National Mall where most of the Smithsonian museums are. Shopping and restaurants were nearby as well. Great DC area location close to downtown. 5 stars.

This building is the example of a perfect airbnb in a city: close to metro, walkable, lots of restaurants nearby, close to towns and city center, free indoor parking, spacious, new and modern apartment, crazy amenities (awesome gym, free indoor basketball, squash, table tennis with proper net, pool, vacation-hotel-like swimming pool areas, barbecue, kids room, meeting room with macs, etc etc), and Sojourn made it possible for us to experience every good thing about it hassle free, guest-centered. We all know cities in the world that are really nice to stay in, but most are either too expensive to be convenient, or too old to be economical. The cortland towers and sojourn made DC one of the unicorns that let you have all the best at the same place same time. Perfect place, perfect trip. Highly recommend, will definitely come back again.

The house worked amazingly for our group of 8. Between the upstairs and downstairs there is plenty of room to spread out and have your own space. From the outside, the house appears quite small, but it is so much larger inside. The location is extremely convenient for visiting the DC area. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the backyard was really nice. Also we appreciated how well the AC worked in the house. The main drawback for us was we communicated far in advance that we were traveling with my parents and my mom cannot navigate stairs well. I checked to make sure there was a bedroom, bathroom and a kitchen on the first level. At that time we should have been informed that there are about 8 cement stairs to enter the house. I was a bit unhappy to see those stairs when we first pulled up to the house. Last, we made most of our meals at the house. The kitchen is lacking some basic items. We purchased a cookie sheet and left it behind for future guests to use. Would recommend

Very cozy place to stay.

The place was pristine and had enough kitchen utensils to cook different types of meals. The thermostat was located in the area and could be adjusted. The private entrance does require you to go down some stairs but is easily accessible. Friendly host and in a nice location.

I had a simple room in a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood, which fully met my needs. The hosts were prompt and clear communicators, and I was looking forward to meeting them. (That's one of the delights of staying in an occupied home, rather than one of the soulless and impersonal rentals.) The couple was away for the weekend, but I had the compensating joy of playing their piano, which was an unexpected bonus.

The stay was great. The house and backyard were beautiful, very warm and peaceful. Close to restaurants, local downtowns, and historic DC sites. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Fernanda’s place. I’m so grateful to this lovely host who is understanding, welcoming, communicative, and accommodating. The place is lovely and private and I get a good nights sleep on the bed! I love where it’s located. I’ll be back (I also wrote an extensive review in September or October 2023 of this AirBnB property, extolling its virtues.).

I had an incredibly comfortable stay throughout my entire trip. Personally, I found the facilities even better than most hotels I've stayed at. I didn’t have any laundry detergent, but the host kindly offered me some without hesitation. I truly felt a sense of warmth and hospitality. Thank you so much!

Stayed here with two of my friends for a long weekend and we had a wonderful time! Room was incredibly clean and very spacious, with a lovely kichenette. Staff were amazing, amenities like the pool and hot tub were great, and overall a great experience. Janee was also super helpful, kind, and responsive!

Nice and cozy place to stay while visiting DC. Safe and quiet neighborhood that is a not to long walk to the metro. Great amenities and supplies offered in this, and Dan was super helpful and responsive. Keep in mind an older home so the drains in the bathroom drain slowly. But I didn't mind and can't wait to stay again! :)

I stayed at Ruben's apartment with 3 moms and 4 kids ages 6-11. We were visiting the national zoo and stayed here after a long day walking around. We pulled up and there was street parking right in front of the building, which seems to be in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The kids had fun playing the board and card games that were there and exploring the back yard space. We were able to cook a simple dinner there, but noticed there weren't any kitchen knives or a cutting board, that would be my only feedback. Otherwise the space was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend for a family or small group visiting DC.

I lucked into David's place while attending a conference in National Harbor. The two-bedroom apartment was large, recently refurbished and more than met my needs. It was extremely convenient to the convention center. The staff at the resort were helpful and pleasant and the jacuzzi tub in the apartment --and lovely outdoor jacuzzi in the main resort-- ended up being a treat as well as a blessing for my sore back. The price is high but so are all the hotel prices in the area plus the apartment is big and there were amenities at the Club Wyndham that you don't get at other places. Would stay again if I have to return for another conference

Clean. Parks and rec. Close to food.

I was upgraded to a 2 bd 2 bath suite and it was amazing! We didn’t need all the space as it was just 2 adults and a toddler but it was still very much appreciated for the price paid. The area is perfect with lots of restaurants, the harbor a short walk away and many other easily accessible activities. This is a timeshare resort, if you’re not interested in the presentation just say no but expect that you will be solicited. The resort had so many wonderful accommodations and is so kid friendly. The only complaint I had was that one of the bathroom sinks clearly hadn’t been cleaned which I found odd because everything else seemed pristine so I didn’t make much of a fuss about it just cleaned it myself. I would definitely return.

Trip went very well worth every penny. Owner was very helpful answered whenever we called to help with check in gave us no problems about playing music on their Alexa or living room tv. Would get again for another trip.
