This was the perfect place for the three of us. The location was spectacular. The home was clean and equipped with all the essentials. We always appreciate an Airbnb that provides coffee. The hot tub and outside space was a fantastic bonus.

The hosts were incredible! Super responsive and gave incredible local recommendations! The accommodation was perfect for 2 people. Would definitely come back!

This property and the surrounding area is absolutely stunning! It’s such a serene and relaxing place and we were sad to leave! Troy and Katherine were very accommodating and the loft was comfortable and cozy. It was a perfect place for a little getaway and we definitely want to come back.

Absolutely loved our stay! Derek was super responsive the whole time, and the place was even better than expected. Cozy, private, and full of thoughtful touches—surround sound, party lights, and the private jacuzzi made it a perfect getaway. Definitely won some brownie points with my fiancé. Would 100% book again!

I want to second the review from someone that said if you're worried about staying in a mobile home, don't be. My priority was having a private spot where I could be in nature and the back porch was a slice of heaven. I grilled the most perfect meals and was delighted to watch humming birds sipping on the feeder. I even witnessed a hawk munching on a critter. It's the perfect spot for peace and quiet but also close enough to town if you want to venture to shops and restaurants. Robin was the perfect host with attention to details that make your stay more enjoyable like free snacks and even a bottle of wine! Will definitely book again when I'm needing a quick escape from the Valley.

This mid century design place is full or articulate details that will leave you inspired and refreshed. From the day light coming through the ceiling to the neon lights at night form a beautiful art work of lights. Every painting on the wall tells a story, the attention to details and spotless space with fresh scent enhance the positive energy inside of you not to mention the beautiful mountains surrounded this place for you to walk run or get lost in the nature surrender to its powerful source of energy that will heal and awaken your chakras and ascend you to a higher consciousness. Alessandro and Jayson are very smart great people that I would love to stay with them again anytime im visiting I enjoyed chatting with them and asking them questions they were very welcoming, kind and open to talk and give information, recommendations and advice I hope you really enjoy this place as much as I did !

We had such a great time here! We brought our kiddos and celebrated Father’s Day weekend at Kyle’s place. The pool was perfect and so fun, we loved the volleyball net. There were plenty of yard games and we love the paddle boat on the lake. The house was super clean and decorated so cute! The place had everything we needed and we couldn’t stop talking about how happy we were to have booked it over a hotel. We will be back for sure!

Perfect home for our family of 6! Bedrooms each having their own bathroom and balcony was a huge plus! Beautiful home inside and out. Watching the sunrise poolside is something we’ll never forget. Pictures are amazing but don’t do it justice. The home itself had comfortable beds, great water pressure, plenty of kitchen items, amazing natural light, and just made us feel at home. Having restaurants and grocery stores within minutes was awesome. We’ve stayed all over AZ, but Fountain Hills and this home is probably our favorite yet. May not be walkable for some, as it is a pretty steep walk to town, but having the option was a plus. Would stay at this property or any of Jeff’s properties if he has others. We absolutely loved it!

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. The space was clean, stylish, and exactly as described, if not better. It felt warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it easy to relax and feel at home. Derek was exceptional, friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. Anytime I had a question or needed something, they replied quickly and were super helpful. We rented this Airbnb because it was right near our daughter, son in law and grandkids. Grandparents need their space too. There are a lot of things to do within 20 minutes if not less. The pool was great and refreshing. The house was immaculate and well maintained. The snacks were a welcomed surprise. I highly recommend people to rent this location.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The neighborhood was quiet and the home was as advertised. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we would need and more. We were surprised with all the small appliances that you normally would not see in an Airbnb which made our dining-in experience that much better. The pizza oven was awesome and the Ninja Creami machine was so fun! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to those needing a great place to stay.

This was our second stay here, and it was just as magical. We came back after three years because our kids had such a great time the first visit, and now that they’re older, it meant even more. The home is peaceful, surrounded by nature, and tucked up a quiet road with room to explore. Feeding the koi each morning felt like magic. My daughters are both creative, and one loved drawing inside while listening to the water feature. We stargazed from the hot tub at night, walked the canyon, and searched for tadpoles and frogs. Every part of this place invites you to slow down and connect. Robin is an amazing host. This home reminds me of my childhood visits to my grandparents’ ranch in southern Utah. It feels like an extension of home, not just a vacation rental. We hold this place in high regard and will be back. It’s more than a getaway—it’s an experience. Highly recommended.

We had such a wonderful time at Jaclyn’s place. She was an incredible host. Even when we arrived earlier than expected to Scottsdale, she was super flexible with us. Luis was also awesome to meet. When our flight was unexpectedly delayed on our final day, Jaclyn worked with us to be able to check-out later. Such a life saver! Thank you!! The place was so comfy and exactly what we needed for our anniversary celebration. We particularly enjoyed how comfy the couches and bed was. The location was always really good. We walked to the mall a couple of times. We highly recommend Jaclyn’s place and would love to stay again next time we’re in Scottsdale.

Very convenient for our trip.

We stayed at this lovely condo for four nights, and we were 100% pleased with our stay. The unit was exactly as pictured and described with all the comforts of home. It was very clean and quiet. The pool and hot tub areas were lovely and quiet. Was nice to see the different types of vegetation throughout the complex. Quick drive/Waymo to some great restaurants and Old Town Scottsdale. Rene was a very pleasant and responsive host! We would not hesitate to recommend.

This was a nice, basic accommodation. Nothing fancy but served our purposes. Clean and comfortable. The host was responsive, for example, when we noticed there weren't enough blankets, it was resolved very quickly. Comfortable beds and nice cold A/C. I would stay here again.

Clean, cozy and awesome location nearby the amphitheater. Would for sure stay here again next concert. Grateful for a restful night!

Had a great stay! Ryan was more than hospitable and the place was perfect! I missed in the description that there was an attached garage. Talk about a life saver in the hot Arrizona sun! Will look to stay again when in town :)
