Bright, newly renovated, attic apartment in a 6-family house. On the outskirts of the village of Stahle, a district of the world heritage city of Höxter in the beautiful Weser Uplands, directly on the Weser bike path. The small apartment (34 m²) can be booked for 2 to 4 people and has a combined living room/bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. A crib can be provided on request. A large garden with seating areas and lawn can also be used. Smaller pets are allowed. Wi-Fi is available.

Our cozy vacation apartment is located on the grounds of the family-run campsite "BergseeCamp." Nestled in the picturesque greenery of Sollingen, it sits right at the edge of the forest with a stunning view of the beautiful Bergsee Lake. Here, you can explore a fascinating variety of birds, enjoy magnificent hiking trails, or try out thrilling mountain biking routes. You can also unwind on the sandy beach, taking in the water, the nature, and the peace it offers.

Holzminden vacation home

The property is close to downtown, a few minutes by bike from the Weser bike path. There is a parking space for bicycles in the garage, free car parking is in the immediate vicinity. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment has Wifi and a television with cable connection. The bathroom with bathtub/shower is not directly in the apartment but directly opposite the apartment door, it is only used by our guests. The apartment is on two floors.

My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.
