Cragowlet House East. (1200 sq. ft)

LisaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Wow! Wow! Wow! We were totally blown away by how amazing this place is. What a beautiful, characterful home. Very easy space to relax in, with everything you need and more. Stunning location. Sitting in the window or on the front porch the views were mesmerising. Half an hour to Loch Lomond and The Cobbler. Discovered the sailing club across the road and watched sailing races while enjoying a G&T. Brian the host is so helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again when we visit this part of Scotland. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

We had a lovely stay at The Curling Pond. It is in a fabulous position - right next to the Inverary Castle estate and convenient to the town without being noisy. Spacious and with everything we needed. The host Peter is very helpful, and we would highly recommend it.

‘Tigh na ba’, Loch Etive, Argyll

The promise of the view was fabulous and we were not disappointed. If you are looking for a peaceful and secluded place, this is the place. It is not perfectly placed if you are looking for tourist places to visit but the place is enough for itself for a few nights and it is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the calm. The bedrooms and living rooms are very beautiful and well decorated. Thank you for providing a beautiful home like this.

Gorgeous lakeside home in stunning national park

LisaRating, 5 stars1 day ago
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Perfect Stay! The house was absolutely perfect, peaceful, beautifully kept, and had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. We had such a relaxing time, and the surroundings were so serene. As expected in Scotland, the midges were definitely about, but our lovely host Angela recommended using Smidge, and it worked a treat! Angela was brilliant throughout, so helpful, responsive, and accommodating to all our needs and questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or place to stay. 100% recommend and would love to return!

Traditional seaside cottage with private garden

Alan Rating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We were impressed by the photos on the website but the cottage was even more impressive than the pictures suggested. A spotlessly clean cottage, warm and welcoming, with lots of spaces to relax from the comfortable bedroom, spacious lounge, dining kitchen, cosy nook, and porch area at the back of the property. The garden was magical too, and I found myself drawn to wander around it, seeing something new each time. We were VERY lucky with the weather & the lower patio area was a fabulous suntrap! We have a friend who lives on Bute and when we come back we will definitely look to book Hawthorn Cottage. Thank you Rosemary, we had a wonderful stay.

Sea Breeze East - open fire & views of the Clyde

LindsayRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Lovely house in a stunning area, no need to have the tv on at all with the view from the window. Local amenities close by and ample parking and ideal if wanting to make use of the crossing to Kintyre as literally next to the jetty. Lovely open fire which even with fairly good weather we made use of. Seeing deer on the road outside the house one evening was just the icing on the cake .

Aros Rhu - Private Luxury Retreat With Loch Views

GillianRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Superb property. The house was very comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms all a good size and plenty of living space. The views across the loch are amazing. The kids loved playing hide and seek in the large garden, which is very private and not overlooked. We should have made more of the outside patio with the well appointed garden furniture. Lynn the host sent us really useful info about things to do and places to eat in the area. We did quite a few and they were all great recommendations. She also responded to queries about activities really quickly and checked in to make sure everything about our stay was going ok. Location is really good. Easy access to nearby Rhu and Helensburgh. We found it a good base from which venture out for a range of activities and big enough to spend time in the garden and house - and enjoy the views. A great property and brilliant host. We would highly recommend.

Glenquaich House

MichelleRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We spent three nights here and loved it! Wonderful position, close to the main shopping area and ferry, amazing views and quiet. Five minute walk down to the shopping area but the walk is either via a steep road or steps (144!!) but was fine for us. Convenient off road parking in the driveway. Short uphill walk to McCaig’s tower - superb views and benches to sit and take it in. The apartment is very spacious and feels luxurious, just like the photos. Would definitely recommend this Airbnb to others.

Position is ideal with Inverkip village a short walk away, with there local village hotel for something to eat and a few drinks. You can get the local bus from the village. There is also the Chartroom only a short stroll from apartment if you want somewhere closer to eat and drink. Inverkip train station is close to catch a train to Glasgow.

The property itself is exactly as described, plenty of room for 12 guests - the added extras of the pool table/pingpong table and multiple TV’s is a great bonus too. Hot-tub easy to use & the outdoor sitting area with a heater is great for relaxing. Large table to fit all guests having meals together. The hosts are great, amazing communication before, during and after the stay. Basket of ‘supplies’ gifted to us on check in too was lovely! Location is fantastic, easy to get to, easy to find, small shop right below the property which sold everything you need from food, to fresh meats, to juice & alcohol etc. Local restaurants within 5 minutes walking each way of the property too gives you plenty of options to eat out if you wished. Overall, fantastic weekend and would 100% consider rebooking again in the future!!
