Glorious lakeside stay in the pods. We dropped lucky with social club doing food one of the evenings we were there too. Very peaceful and tranquil, tho make sure you take lots of smidge. The facilities were good, and only a very short walk from the pods. We would stay here again.

Jon and Wendy are very friendly and welcoming and the yurt is a wonderful base for exploring the wonderful Ross of Mull. They've written a really useful guide to great local days out, which we used almost every day and had so many amazing adventures! Our 5 year old son wants us to buy the yurt to live in full time, that's how much he loved it!

The promise of the view was fabulous and we were not disappointed. If you are looking for a peaceful and secluded place, this is the place. It is not perfectly placed if you are looking for tourist places to visit but the place is enough for itself for a few nights and it is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the calm. The bedrooms and living rooms are very beautiful and well decorated. Thank you for providing a beautiful home like this.

We had a lovely stay at Bridget’s these last 5 days. The cottage is very private, is warm and cosy and has every amenity you could need. Very comfortable bed. Beautiful and peaceful location and close to good hiking locally. Could not fault this property.

This is an amazing place to stay. The house is perfect for 6 people. The kitchen is very well equipped. Milk, fruit coffee and tea were thoughtful. The beds were very comfortable and the linen and towels high quality. The toiletries were a luxurious treat. The area is beautiful , fantastic views and walks. There is a field in front and then a beach. An amazing fish restaurant, shop and hotel close by. There is also the passenger ferry to Lismore from which there are even more spectacular views.

Very peaceful stay in a beautiful location. House was immaculate and beds were very comfortable. Helpful to have Netflix and good wifi. Highly recommend.

Mandy is a great host always very quick to respond. We had a very comfortable stay in her spacious apartment. Everything you could want for a home from home. Position is ideal with Inverkip village a short walk away, with there local village hotel for something to eat and a few drinks. You can get the local bus from the village. There is also the Chartroom only a short stroll from apartment if you want somewhere closer to eat and drink. Inverkip train station is close to catch a train to Glasgow.

Lovely house in a stunning area, no need to have the tv on at all with the view from the window. Local amenities close by and ample parking and ideal if wanting to make use of the crossing to Kintyre as literally next to the jetty. Lovely open fire which even with fairly good weather we made use of. Seeing deer on the road outside the house one evening was just the icing on the cake .

We had an amazing stay! The host was absolutely lovely and provided exceptional service from start to finish. Everything was perfect—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up. The location was beautiful and peaceful, with plenty of space for our dog to run around and enjoy. We also really appreciated the little touches like the coffee and dog-friendly extras. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place and hosts! Caroline and her husband were wonderful, made our anniversary very special. The wood fired hot tub was such a delight after some long hikes in the mountains and they made sure it was perfectly heated for us each night. They went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. left is some treats that were amazing and it's just such a cozy cottage. We absolutely loved our stay here.

Perfect and quiet

We had a lovely family stay at George & Connor’s caravan. Greeted with a warm welcome, the caravan was spotless, homely and comfortable. Beachfront location, short walk to the central points (entertainment etc) and lots of activities to book and do. We had a great time and will definitely book again.

We had a lovely stay at Gillian’s caravan , it had everything we needed and the communication with Gillian was great .

The park itself is a 1 way system and the caravan was quite high up. However we stopped to speak to groundsmen on site who straight away said follow me I’ll take you to the caravan. All staff were lovely. The caravan was as described. Very homely and modern. The outdoor space is amazing with lovely rattan furniture and hot tub. We used the hot tub everyday and it’s big enough for 6 people. The weather unfortunately wasn’t on our side all week so we didn’t dine outside. However I would definitely return. We had a slight issue with heating the first night. Lisa was back and forth messaging and said she would contact staff at reception to rectify the next day. However this was sorted over text in the end. An amazing stay, great views across the water. It was beautiful x

We had a truly wonderful stay at John and Francis’s Airbnb. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and genuine hospitality — including a lovely bottle of wine that made us feel instantly at home. It’s clear how passionate they are about hosting; every detail was meticulously thought out, from the cozy touches in the space to the thoughtful recommendations they shared. Their care and enthusiasm really set this place apart. We felt so well looked after and comfortable throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!

A really lovely apartment with great views. Perfectly located within easy walking distance of the town, along a very pleasant promenade. We had a lovely stay in Largs and the glorious sunshine was an added bonus. Pete & Brenda

The Wee House was in a great area and walkable to distilleries and the ferry terminal. The house was very clean and well furnished and we had a great stay.

The pod was in such a beautiful setting, the view out onto the loch and mountains was just stunning! Loved waking up each day with a direct view from the bed. Perfect for a short stay with my 9 year old daughter, would definitely recommend and Katie was a lovely host, thank you for a great stay.

Brilliant stay in a fabulous location, Having stayed in the area for over 10 years on fishing trips this is the best, absolutely spotless lovely and cosy with views to die for, be it wildlife or weather watching (seen otters on the last day) it’s hard to move from the sofa or even put the tv on looking out the big picture window also it has the comfiest bed ever. The location is also excellent being close to Oban for restaurants, shopping etc but also for a lovely drives north to Glencoe etc also 2 mins away from the fabulous beach at Ledaig with its amazing views. Lovely little touches too, flowers and welcome pack with shortbread, tea, coffee milk and sugar to get you started. Will definitely be returning If I can loved it x.

My friends and I stayed here for 6 nights. It was the perfect spot for our time in Oban! Beautiful views, fully equipped with everything we needed, such a comfortable home! Amazing water pressure in the shower. Walkable to restaurants, shopping, ferry and train station. There was even a rack to dry our clothes. We would absolutely stay here again. My only warning which has been mentioned by others is that the parking spot is impossible to get in or out of once neighbors are parked next to you. Save yourself the hassle and park in the free overnight lot next door. Other minor note is the wifi info we received in the instructions was incorrect, but quickly resolved as we found the correct info on the router.
