Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Argostolion

The place was quite and only 10 minutes from the center of Argostoli. Gerasimos was discreet and helpful if and only you wanted.

What can i say!? Great location, beautiful home for a week. Tastefully decorated. Lovely pool and outdoor cooking facilities. Enjoyed showering outside everyday too! Housekeepers were excellent, so friendly and smiley! They went out of their way to make us happy! 😁 Will definitely be recommending! Thank you! ❤️

非常宁静和私密的花园复古别墅，简直就是童话中的花园。我想这位房东女士一定是一位热爱生活而且很可爱的人，让我忍不住看了房东的信息，是的，她的确是这样的人。 相信你进入这套房屋时你就会和我一样乐在其中。花园很大植物很多，很可爱，旁边几百米就是拥有三种颜色的海滩，颜色不输给这里有名的海滩。所以我建议确定入住的住客，请预留在房屋和附近玩耍的时间，它真的很惬意。 除此之外，房屋非常干净，这里有你需要的一切。此外厨房非常方便，我觉得与住在家里是一样的。这些只是基础的条件，我觉得比起它的美，其他的基础设施完善的简直不值一提。这是我在地中海上住过的最美的房子，所以我推荐每一位想要在kefalonia玩的人来体验它！

We had such a lovely time staying here, it was immaculate. We loved the decor, it was thoughtfully designed with plenty of storage and two beautiful bedrooms, it has a really cosy homely feel. It was in a great area only 5 minutes drive from the port, from great restaurants and from playgrounds for our 1 and 3 year old. Thanks again!

Me and my boyfriend stayed for a week to explore the beautiful Island. Panagiotis welcome us personally when we arrived and showed us around. He even had some water and food for us for the start. Everything went smoothly, the communication was excellent and we really felt at home. The area is quiet but if you have a car to drive around it’s very peaceful and a good starting point to get everywhere in less than 1 hour. The outside area is very nice with lots of opportunities to relax and there are even two little turtles in the garden which were super sweet. Definitely recommended!

5 Stars – Wonderful Stay! We had an amazing experience staying at the cottage! The place was spotless, charming, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect—close to the sea (you can hear the waves at night). I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, local recommendations, and a well-stocked kitchen. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! Best air b and b I have stayed at so far!

Honestly, I have never felt so at home in a different country. The space is incredible and both Christos and his father were very welcoming. His father has a little gardening plot next door and gave us fresh zucchini’s and cucumbers one evening whilst we were barbecuing. I honestly did not want to leave but it was the only two days that were available. I will make sure I book further in advance next time so that we can stay for longer! Additional bonus was that there is now a sea kayak that I got to take my boyfriend out on this morning which made my week watching him navigate through the clear waters whilst I snorkelled around. An absolute gem of a place and cannot recommend enough. Thanks so much for having us 🩷

Fantastic stay :-) The house is very well accommodated by Spyros' wife, she thought of everything you might need. Everything is spotlessly clean, nice and big kitchen, really good bed etc.... The garden and places to sit and relax are really great. The location is superb because you live in a small street with greek people! The center is very close, it took us only a 5 minute walk. Please do not hesitate to book this place it is well worth it's money! The hosts are very friendly and communicate very good, if you have any questions they respond almost immediately! If we revisit Kefalonia we will go back there without any doubt :-)

an incredible place! it was beautiful, we met zouzou the little puppy (always a bonus), it was clean and the host was super responsive. the balcony was our favourite part with the view overlooking the ocean. The host also welcomed us with a bottle of rose which was an incredibly nice touch and made us feel immediately at home. Overall 10/10 stay and I highly recommend this airbnb.

Makis was an absolute Superstar of a host! He even picked us up at the airport when we arrived and left 2 bottles of water and a lovely bottle of Greek wine in the fridge for our arrival. The Veranda suite is immaculate and Makis has thought about every level of detail. It is single handedly the best air B&B we have stayed at. The property is spotlessly clean, modern and tastefully designed. The balcony is massive and has a hot tub with the most stunning views over the bay. The bed is unbelievably comfortable and spacious. The property is located in a very peaceful location and it’s a lovely 10/15 min walk along the shore front into the main square (€7 for a taxi back at the end of the evening). We are already planning to come back next year as we had such a brilliant time!

The most modern accomodation you can get on the island, the apartment is brand new, spotless clean with amazing facilities and location. Super comfy bed and very quiet area that has a beautiful view from its spacious balcony. Our host went above and beyond to welcome us with a full overview of the top spots to visit, made us feel special. This is the best accommodation you can book, highly recommended.

Een zeer prettig en opgeruimde accomodatie. Alles is beschikbaar en hebben we niets gemist. De strandbedjes voor strandseizoen waren zeer welkom. Ook daar is aan gedacht. En uiteraard het uitzicht en het strand op steenworp afstand. Een ideaal verblijf met de rust die we zochten.

Superb apartment, exactly as described beautifully clean with a superb location and beautiful views across the port of Argostoli. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Host Panagis come and met us even though we were earlier than anticipated and provided excellent communications when required and was a really nice guy who even arranged car hire for us. Would highly recommend staying at this apartment if you are ever lucky enough to visit the absolutely stunning island of Kefalonia

perfect stay! peaceful surroundings, walkable to the town centre and good restaurants nearby. host is very responsive and friendly. love the sunset and de bosset bridge views! room has everything you need.

Such a lovely place, a small walk from some restaurants and maybe a 30 minute walk from the main square. The room was so nice and so was the host. Couldn’t recommend it more

Φτάσαμε εύκολα και το σπίτι μας περίμενε περιποιημένο και πεντακάθαρο. Κατά τη γνώμη μου βρίσκεται στην τέλεια τοποθεσία. 5 με 10 λεπτά από την πλατεία με τα πόδια. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Having never been to Kefalonia before, my partner and I had some initial trepidation in coming here for our holiday. We were aware that it was a fairly big island and wanted to get a rental car in order to travel around. George gave us a trusted and affordable car rental company who met us at the airport which completely took stress out of the whole process. George met us outside the flat and instantly made us feel welcome. He sat us both down and gave us some ideas for things to do around the island as well as some very good local restaurant recommendations which we took full advantage of. He lived just across the hall but we didn’t hear a peep from him until it was time to leave. George had also stocked the fridge with water and supplied us with enough coffee to last us our whole stay, and some (it was great coffee). We will miss both George and Kefalonia and hope to be back soon, what a place.

The condo was situated in a great location in Argostoli. It was a nice 10-15 min walk along the waterfront to the main square where there were plenty of good restaurant options. The view from the condo was amazing to watch the cruise ships come in and out of the port. The living area was spacious and nice to relax in. We did find the beds to be quite firm (just our preference though). The condo is situated on levels 2 and 3 of an apartment building and we noticed the entrance to the building and stairwell/lift smelt like gas - Marina assured us it was safe but it wasn’t a nice smell when entering the building. You could smell the gas a little bit inside the entrance area to the condo also.

Alexia was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is very well appointed and equipped. Alexia even gave us some delicious home made cake!

Georgina was the amazing host. She met us in person as part of check in. She explained everything in and around the AirBnB. She helped us plan itinerary during our stay. She had many recommendations for places to visit and eat. She stocked her refrigerator with bottles of juice, wine, water and Ouze for us! Her place is equipped with high end appliances, Borsh. The place is in the middle of quiet neighborhood and walkable (less than 5 minute brisk walk) to the main shopping areas and the water front. There is a local super market just one street away. As more and more AirBnB are managed by corporates, Georgina definitely made us welcomed and connected. If you go there during Greek Orthodox Easter season, you may also taste her mom's home baked Easter biscuits like we did. :)

a great place to stay as super close to the airport. the home was tidy and clean. very clear instructions from Dimitris and he was super responsive. Unfortunately only one restaurant in walking distance but we did not have a car so would definitely recommend to get one! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
