Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Arenella

Andrea's place is terrific - located a group of houses in a quiet area ~20 min drive from Siracusa with gated access that feels "remote". The house itself is half of a duplex and is exactly like the pictures in the listing - it is modern and clean and incredibly well furnished and stocked to feel like home. The beds were comfortable (firm), kitchen was well stocked for basic cooking, AC worked great, Wifi was excellent (fast upload speeds), and clothes washer was also good. There was a small hot tub in the backyard that worked OK (took a long time to heat up, but was then fine). There is a rock / rocky beach at the end of the street nearby, but we suggest that you use the 2 beach umbrellas and beach towels that are provided and go to either Spiaggia Punta Carrozza or Spiaggia del Minareto, both are ~10 min drive away. Communication with Andrea was good, and we appreciated his flexibility for our early check-in. Overall, highly recommended.

Rosaria has been an amazing host during our trip. We had everything we needed and much more. Rosaria let us check in early and helped us to settle in, she had many complimentary snacks waiting for us, gave us great recommendations for places to go and also gave us everything we needed to have an amazing beach day ( things like umbrellas, beach towels, playing cards). We were a group of 4 and everyone was very comfortable and happy, the house is very clean, everything looks new and excellent quality. The rooftop was beautiful as well. The location was great and it was very easy parking right beside the main door. We loved everything about our stay. Everything was excellent. Thank you Rosaria for being a great host.

We loved staying with Giovanni and family whom were really friendly and helpful . The house is beautifully set above a beach with its own access . Our room was lovely with good facilities. We have spent hours over the last few days relaxing swimming and snorkelling in amazing waters . The house is in good proximity to surrounding areas of interest with a car .

We would like to thank Paolo for making us have a perfect stay. Paolo is a very kind host, the cleanliness of the accommodation is impeccable. The Villa is located in a very beautiful Location. But I do have to mention the Street to get there can be tough. For us it was no problem though. The communication with Andrew was very good and he is very friendly. He was always happy to help. The Villa has everything you need, especially for cooking. We stayed hhree nights and for this the Villa was Great.

The apt. had everything you needed for a comfortable and perfect stay. The amenities were very thoughtful that Emanuele&Ivana provide for their guests such as slippers, cookies and a nice bottle of wine when checking in. The apt. Is beautifully decorated modern and elegant. Very comfortable bed , nice balcony and centrally located to restaurants and walkable for sightseeing and shops. Would highly recommend staying here .

We stayed only for a day, the flat had everything we wanted. We could easily walk to Ortigia and the area is safe as we walked back late at night. Fabio recommended restaurants and they were superb. Recommend this place.

Would definitely stay here again. Marisa was super kind and let us keep our bags at the apartment even after we checked out so we could walk around more. The apartment had a lovely balcony view as well. Great location.

Francesco made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived - and even had a bunch of delicious Sicilian treats waiting for us in the kitchen, including a delicious Tiramisu made by his mother. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better host. Anytime we had a question, he got back to us right away. His place is a gorgeous, three-story home in Noto, super close to the center but still nice and quiet. We were obsessed with the rooftop terrace and the amazing views. Hands down, one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in.

Francesco's apartment is spacious, very bright and tastefully decorated. You can see the lighthouse and the sea from the balcony. The self check-in works wonderfully without any problems. Francesco is a good host and has always communicated super fast and easily. He gives tips for sightseeing (thank you, I looked at the Castello on Sunday!) and helps with any questions. The WiFi is stable and also works well for video calls if needed. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this apartment.

Great location! Easy walk to Ortigia, which is absolutely gorgeous area all around! Airbnb apartment is beautiful and spacious. Regardless of its central location, we have not had much of any street noise and the nights were quiet. Highly recommend this place!

Emanuela and Peppe's place in Oritigia was great! Definitely felt like it had historical charm, with some modern amenities. We stayed here two nights, and it was very conveniently located to go around Ortigia. Keep in mind there is no elevators, so you will have to carry your luggage up the stairs, but that is to be expected in Europe!

Gabriella is a wonderful host, very responsive to queries and recommendations. The apartment is centrally located, clean and tidy with fabulous view and walking distance to everwheres! The bus/rail station is a walkable 15 minutes away for excursions to Noto, Modica and Ragusa. The fish, vegetable and fruit market is opposite to rustle up fresh lunch to be had on the roof terrace. Appreciated the mosquito shutters on the windows! This was our second visit to Ortiga and we are already planning our return and hope to stay at Gabriellas place again.

Martina’s place was very clean and beautiful, I enjoyed my stay. The bed was very comfortable and the place was spacious and homey. The only issue was that the wifi did not work well at all. Other than that, I would stay again.

Fantastic 3 weeks at Francesco`s beautiful apartment - superbly located on Isola Ortigia, an absoultely spectacular place. Lively even during winter and a number of sights (Neapolis is a must!). Went to the food market for fish and greens and made dinner at home every other day or so. Otherwise a number of very good restaurants within a 500m radius. Breakfast and lunches on the spectacular terrase, short/t-shirt at least half the days (when in the sun) even during winter. Francesco was very helpful when we needed some minor assistance with heating and dishwasher. The heating system was the best I have every come across in Italy - water heated radiators, not only the usual A/C. All in ll - spotless!

We loved the apartment and Ortigia very much In a great spot , very much in the heart of village life , the window doors were amazing blocking out sound. Communication and support with host was excellent Virginia and Michael

We spent a very pleasant 10 days at Salvo and his parents place. After exploring the beautiful surrounding towns, we were able to spend time in the garden or cool off in the sea, to which there is direct access. The hosts are very hospitable and helpful. An ideal place for a quiet vacation in Sicily.

The apartment was very clean & tidy and had everything you might need. Great location to walk into Ortigia too or explore great local restaurants. Highly recommend
