Beautiful and cozy place, everything of a lot of quality from the bedding to the furniture of the apartment… it smells like home. Large space and quietly accommodates couples with children. We were completely delighted with our stay! The decor of the house is simply perfect, creating a cozy and quiet atmosphere, in perfect harmony with the surrounding nature. The rooms were impeccably clean and very comfortable, ensuring quiet nights of sleep. Adriana and Sebastião were exceptional hosts. Always attentive and of incredible delicacy, they left us the house fully equipped with everything we needed (kitchen utensils, towels, blankets, pillows, iron, fan..). The house has a wonderful sound system that made our stay even more enjoyable. We definitely want to come back soon. Everything was absolutely perfect!”

The house is even better than it appears in the photos, very well equipped with everything you need and a little more. Everything is very clean, organized, great location... we are used to traveling as a family and this was certainly the place that best served us.

For those who like quiet, the place is ideal. The house is very cozy and we do not hear any noise in any day. It has a nearby restaurant, less than 2 km away. It has nearby market. Sand is approximately 12 km away, where it is better to buy things to eat. From the highway to the condominium, the access is all footwear. I intend to return soon. Simple but impeccable and tasteful house.

The stay was wonderful, the house was impeccable, it has everything you can imagine and a little more in utensils. Everything was very clean and organized. And the housekeeper we hired, named Juliana too, was wonderful. Keeping everything clean and organized, always asking if we needed anything and the kitchen wonderfully well.

Overall everything was very good, the house was clean, the location is excellent, the rooms are very spacious and the condominium is also very pleasant. The only point is that there was no toilet paper in some bathrooms, but nothing that hindered the stay. The gas was also empty, but as soon as I told Germana, she promptly resolved it. So, nothing got in our way, everything was fine.

The hostess was extremely attentive, the house is very comfortable, she left sweets for us, in the bathrooms she had toothbrushes with toothpaste, shampoo. The town has landscapes, lagoon, orchard, trail, swimming pool for children and adults, gym, sports court, very attentive and polite condominium employees, in short, I recommend that you go with your family or group of friends. The house is very spacious and cozy, ideal for those who need to rest and enjoy the nature and the landscape. It is close to the cachaça Rainha mill and the path of the roncador mountain range! It is cottage, but it is not so far from the center. Good access for any type of car. Safe house, with cameras and gates! Homemade always present to give information. There is a restaurant nearby, the food is very good. We plan to return! We very much like to have all the utensils in the kitchen and appliances!

Great location, organized condominium, large apartment and better than the description. Large balcony with space for 3 hammocks. Very good! I just missed a TV. A desk on the balcony would be great too, but not that it was missed!
