I spent two wonderful days at this house during New Year's Eve. The idea was to escape the chaos of crowded beaches and traffic at that time, and the place couldn't have been better. The house is beautiful, with an incredible green area and a swimming pool that was the highlight of our days. The house has a wonderful barbecue, and the kitchen handled everything very well, perfect for preparing food for the group. The rooms were very good, but I missed having a fan in one of them and blackout curtains – that would be great, especially for those who are more sensitive to light. But honestly, those details didn't take away from the experience. It was a super nice stay that met exactly what we were looking for. I would definitely come back!

We travel with family and love the place and the house, the location within the condominium is great close to the playground and the leisure area, clean house with items necessary for cooking on site, perfectly matches the photos presented, the view of the house is simply beautiful, the host very helpful and always the disposition in whatever it was necessary, I would definitely rent the space again.

Samuel and Lenise's house has a beautiful and well-maintained garden. It is well ventilated. The beds are comfortable, varieties of environments with tables. The living room is tastefully decorated. In the kitchen you can find practically everything you need. The street is quiet, there is a small square near the house that is good for children to play. As for the condominium, it's sensational! It has several trails, a golf course, a soccer field, a small farm, etc. The best of Bananeiras. About the hosts: they are highly helpful. They will do everything to quickly resolve any issues that may arise. They respond to messages quickly too. We'll be back soon!

The house is very spacious, and comfortable. In addition, the view from the balcony is an attraction in itself. The hostess was always very helpful, both before and throughout the stay. I highly recommend it, and I intend to return on another occasion.

The days at Claudia's place were great. The house is exactly as advertised and is very worth staying at. We went on New Year's Eve and really enjoyed the condominium, which is the best in the region and has several leisure options. If you're looking for a more comfortable and “refined” property, there are other more expensive options. Finally, I would like to thank Claudia for her attention. From the beginning to the end of the reservation, she was extremely attentive, helpful, quick and friendly.

The house is very spacious and cozy, ideal for those who need to rest and enjoy the nature and the landscape. It is close to the cachaça Rainha mill and the path of the roncador mountain range! It is cottage, but it is not so far from the center. Good access for any type of car. Safe house, with cameras and gates! Homemade always present to give information. There is a restaurant nearby, the food is very good. We plan to return! We very much like to have all the utensils in the kitchen and appliances!

Geovana's residence is cozy, ventilated, the kitchen is extremely well-equipped. I recommend it! The condominium has plenty of leisure options.

The house is very well located in the Águas da Serra Condominium, very close to a small square. The kids love it. The condominium is one of the best in the area and the house was very clean and organized. Lots of kitchen utensils. However, we found only 3 sets of dishes. The house is all ground floor, easy to access. The rooms are good and the mattresses too! It does not provide pillows and I also noticed that there is only 1 fan. For those who are sensitive to heat, you need to take it to the other rooms. Otherwise, we really liked the house and recommend it! It's worth it!

We were completely delighted with our stay! The decor of the house is simply perfect, creating a cozy and quiet atmosphere, in perfect harmony with the surrounding nature. The rooms were impeccably clean and very comfortable, ensuring quiet nights of sleep. Adriana and Sebastião were exceptional hosts. Always attentive and of incredible delicacy, they left us the house fully equipped with everything we needed (kitchen utensils, towels, blankets, pillows, iron, fan..). The house has a wonderful sound system that made our stay even more enjoyable. We definitely want to come back soon. Everything was absolutely perfect!”

Very nice chalet, well equipped, very attentive housekeeper, the owner Lazarus is very requested. We had a great experience onsite. For those in cars, the distances are short and without problems to get to the center of Bananeiras. I would highly recommend it.

For those who like quiet, the place is ideal. The house is very cozy and we do not hear any noise in any day. It has a nearby restaurant, less than 2 km away. It has nearby market. Sand is approximately 12 km away, where it is better to buy things to eat. From the highway to the condominium, the access is all footwear. I intend to return soon. Simple but impeccable and tasteful house.

The stay was wonderful, the house was impeccable, it has everything you can imagine and a little more in utensils. Everything was very clean and organized. And the housekeeper we hired, named Juliana too, was wonderful. Keeping everything clean and organized, always asking if we needed anything and the kitchen wonderfully well.
