The house is on a corner lot and is very spacious. It is at the entrance to the Vó Maria restaurant. The house is a little far from the center of Areia and Remígio. Distances: Areia: 10 km / Remígio 8 km Book for the right number of people! We do not have bath linen (towels)!

Hi!! The house is charming, it has a very large suite, a bedroom with a double bed, an external suite and a living room with a sofa bed, which can be set up as a hammock and an inflatable mattress. The house has places to set up several hammocks. The condominium is 7 km from Areia, a city in the Paraíba marsh with a small town structure in the interior. The condominium has a gym, swimming pool, tennis court, soccer field, trail and a dam. The coldest season is between May and September.

Our house was designed to be a cozy, modern place in the right measure, with lots of rest and family interaction. We are a family, and our daughter was responsible for introducing us to Areia. So, it's only fair to present and open the doors so that more people can get to know and rest in this place that we have as a refuge. 4 km from Areia's downtown, Villas de Areia Condomínio de Campo is located in the Muquém District, a quiet place surrounded by nature.
