Check in was extremely easy and Dina was available to answer all questions and offer assistance when needed. Location is perfect - a 20 min walk to the train station and very close to the Casino and pedestrian shopping area. The apartment was spacious for my family of 4. Dina has thought of everything for the apartment - fresh cookies when we arrived, coffee and coffee maker, an assortment of shampoos/body washes/lotions, umbrellas if needed, kitchen was stocked with all necessities. Very private apartment; we felt very safe and secure. A++++!!

Stay that far exceeded our expectations. Three floors to climb without an elevator, but when you open the door of the apartment, WOW the view!!!!!!! Splendid, magnificent. The apartment is a beautiful size with all the essentials. Excellent cleanliness!!! Marco was responsive and gave us addresses. At that time, not much was open, life was mainly in Sanremo. The beach is within 10 minutes' walking distance We made a wonderful discovery while walking. I recommend visiting Old Bussana. A ruined village where artists have taken up residence. Beautiful cottage with a beautiful view. We recommend the little restaurant at the entrance to the old village where you need extra tender charcoal-grilled meat!!!! A treat We highly recommend this property.

The view is stunning and the location is perfect to explore Beausoleil and Monte-Carlo. Matthieu was a great host: responsive, kind and truly welcoming. Great accommodation, in the middle of the city, numerous restaurants, cafes and shops in the immediate vicinity. Still had very quiet nights. The perfect place to stay to experience Sanremo. Very nice host!

If I could leave a 20 Star review I would! Mungo's hospitality is unsurpassed as a host. Mungo was very responsive and helped us understand how to get there, and went above and beyond. The studio apartment is perfect. The energy and vibe of being in the heart of Bussana Vecchia cannot compare to other accommodations. Everyone says Bussana Vecchia is magical and it is, it is more than magical. It is hard to describe or add to this place in words, but I would say that anyone who visits should take time to find out what this place is about and ask if they can help in any way to save it. At this point in time, there probably is no other community quite like this in the world. Please note if coming by train, ensure you get to Sanremo station. Google makes an error with the Ventimillia and Sanremo train stations, giving both the same physical address--they are in two different towns. This is a place best to visit if you have a motor vehicle or bike, and your suitcases are not too heavy!

Accommodation exactly as described in a magical location, equipped with every comfort and furnishings in the kitchen, comfortable bed, beautiful balcony-terrace with a view... all in absolute calm. Paola is quick to respond, precise and helpful, and she lives fifty meters away, so you can count on her to help with any problems. Amazing value for money, apartment not to be missed!!!

Very nice apartment for a few days in this beautiful seaside town of Riva Ligure. Peaceful place and perfect to relax on vacation. I would recommend this place and apartment. Clara is very responsive and Rosalba who takes care of the key exchange is very friendly! I hope to be able to come back.

I want with my Wife for Anniversary and the space was even better than the pictures. Form the 360 ocean views to the hikes you can do across the city. This place is spectacular. I highly recommend.

A well sorted apartment with easy access to the Marina and only a short walk (10mins) into town

This apartment was, by far, the most incredible Airbnb rental we have ever rented. We are seasoned travelers, and the serenity and views from this flat, though in a bustling area, were more breathtaking and peaceful than we ever imagined. Our goal is always to find the best view and this did not disappoint —you will not want to leave (even for dinner)! This is the premier location in Nice to be near the old town area, but also closest to the sea. Having three balconies allows you to bring the outside in, but you are high enough from the street that the traffic never posed an issue; I napped in the living room in the afternoon sun while being lulled by the sound of the waves below. It’s a memory I will always cherish. The bedroom is on the other side of the apartment, making for a very peaceful sleep. This apartment is top of the line in finishes and amenities—the kitchen was fully stocked (but who wants to cook on vacation?). Leo and Romain were always responsive! Book this flat!

We felt very comfortable at Wanda's with our two children. 21 and 24. The apartment is well maintained, very, very clean and very tidy. Everything works perfectly. The terrace, air conditioning, outdoor blinds, mosquito nets on the windows were also great. Also water in the fridge, coffee and biscuits and shower gel. That was good, because we didn't have enough and so we didn't have to get anything for the last two days. :) Wanda takes care of everything. Rarely booked such a good accommodation where everything is taken care of. Great! Thank you, we'll be back for sure. The restaurant Olio Grosso by Alberto and La Ruota and the beach Foce Beach are recommended if you want to have it a little quieter. There, two loungers and an umbrella cost €24 for the whole day from June to August. In the other months, it's even cheaper.

We had a very nice week in the apartment! Check-in was very straightforward and the host was always easy to reach. The grocery store directly opposite was very convenient, where there was a wide selection. The view from the balcony to the sea was a pleasure every day!

The views from this place are everything! Home is beautiful, perfect for our family of six. Away from the town center but convenient to all nearby activities and day trips. Definitely recommend!

The place is very cute. Philip is very friendly and prepared everything for our stay to be very pleasant. I highly recommend staying with him if you're going to Monaco

after we worked our xl-bus to sant'agata, we were received very warmly. Patrizia quickly showed us everything, after that we were able to enjoy the great facility and the pool. villa angela is super well maintained and has fantastic views to the sea due to the height location, if it is not too much on the coast. Because we were there all alone, we had the nature and the great location for the 5 of us family exclusively. If all apartments are occupied, you certainly have to take more considerations, but everyone always finds plenty of space to relax. We will be back to rest. We will be back!!!

Great loft in the very center of the city, but with large suitcases it is better not to check in here, because the staircase to the 5th floor is huge But the location of the apartment is very good, the owner was always in touch

A big thank you to Valeria for hosting us, the accommodation was as described and even better. When we're there, The environment is peaceful, nature is predominant, my three-year-old daughter was amazed to see so many fireflies on the grounds. We needed rest and quiet, and this accommodation met all our requirements, I would highly recommend it

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

The terrace is super nice and super big! We enjoyed it every morning and every evening. The location of the apartment is good, the beach is a 5-minute walk away (private beaches). The center can be reached in about 25 minutes on foot, alternatively there would also be a bus. The apartment was well decorated and clean. Silvia was very nice and came by in person for check-in/check-out. It was a great time and I can only recommend it.
