During the winter season, in case of snowfall, you will need to park about 500 meters from the chalet, we will gladly help you with your luggage!

Located at the foot of a forest, it is the ideal place for those who love nature and relaxation. An old barn transformed into a delightful cottage with a Provencal "scent", with stone walls and ceilings with exposed beams. The space is on two levels of about 25 sqm each. On the ground floor, there is an open kitchen with a living room, a French-style double sofa bed and a small bathroom. Upstairs is the bedroom and main bathroom complete with shower and washing machine.

IL NIDO – the world from a porthole

Il Nido is a structure made entirely of natural wood, 20 square meters, designed specifically for 2 people and equipped with all comforts. It is perched on the rock, with a small solarium garden, and for a unique experience, it also has an outdoor jacuzzi tub with water that you will have to heat with the special wood-burning stove, NOT AVAILABLE FROM JANUARY 12 TO FEBRUARY 10. From every corner you have a wonderful view of Lake Como and the mountains that surround it.

La Caramella Martina

Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation. The view of the lake is beautiful and it is illuminated by the sun all day. It is located right next to the beach, centrally located on the lakefront, with bars and restaurants within walking distance. Parking is right outside the house. The bedroom windows and the balcony overlooking the lake welcome the sunrise in the morning and offer a view of the moon reflected in the lake in the evening.

The house consists of three floors. On the lower floor there are two bedrooms, two beds in each, and one bathroom with a shower. On the middle floor there is one large bedroom with two beds. (It is possible to put an extra bed). On the top floor there is a small bedroom with one bed and and separate bathroom. Also on the middle floor there is a kitchen equipped with all necessary for cooking.
