South skye is a beautiful base to explore the whole island .

The Tin Sheds offer spacious, modern accommodation with spectacular waterfront views. The homes are a short 20 minute drive from the Skye Bridge and offer a centrally located base from which to explore the island. A supermarket, shops, cafes, restaurants, plus a pharmacy & fuel station are conveniently located in Broadford village, a 7 minute drive away. Key attractions including Portree, the Old Man of Storr, the Fairy Pools, Talisker Distillery are all approximately 30 - 40 mins away.

Anneth Glamping Pod - South Skye

Glamping POD for self-catering short stays. In a quiet corner location in South Skye, near the Armadale ferry terminal. It is in the grounds of our house and we have created a nice decking area. 2 easy chairs and also folding table and chairs that can be used outside or in. This is an ideal location to stay a night or 2 for exploring the South of the Island or as a stopover for catching the Armadale to Mallaig ferry, just 3 mins drive away. (20 minutes walk). Situated on a Woodland Croft on the shores of a sea loch, this beautiful timber bothy was conceived as a getaway for artists and creatives looking for peace in an inspiring landscape. It's also ideal for kayakers or walkers. The bothy is next to the host's artist’s studio which it is possible to see by arrangement. With rocky coast and woodland behind, and the sea almost lapping at the front door, this simple but stylish bothy has everything you could need for the most restful of breaks.

Gael is a modern cabin on a working croft, which captures uninterrupted views over Portree bay, Ben Tianavaig and the Cuillin hills in the far distance. The cabin itself has a full height atrium which includes a functional kitchenette, seating area, log-burner and a three-piece bathroom suite. The mezzanine level is accessed by a wooden staircase featuring a comfortable double bed. Situated just off the Scorrybreach trail this is the perfect launchpad for your Skye adventure.

The Little Hemp Cabin

The Little Hemp Cabin sits on our croft in Breakish, just outside Broadford in South Skye. It’s a small, self-contained space surrounded by open ground, big skies and shifting Highland weather. Built from hemp and timber, the cabin feels naturally warm and calm. The walls regulate temperature well, so it stays comfortable year-round without feeling sealed or artificial. Inside, the layout is simple and uncluttered, with everything you need and nothing you don’t.

Am Bothan - a cosy retreat on the Isle of Skye

Am Bothan (translates from Gaelic as Wee Place) is on a former croft on the Isle of Skye. This is an ideal place for couples or singles wanting simple accommodation in this beautiful part of the island. The property has a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine (free to use). WiFi is included. Please note that there is one bed and no space upstairs to sleep on the floor. Charging of Electric Vehicles is NOT permitted
