Beautiful Lí Ban Cottage by the Sea

Siobhan’s cottage was the perfect place to stay for our family on a golf trip. Close to the golf course, comfortable accommodations and quiet. Siobhan was a fabulous host… providing all the things we needed and more, being very accessible, and offered lots of great suggestions to the question we asked. Charming stay and would recommend!

Forest Field

We had a lovely stay in Fifi’s and Joey’s self contained apartment, located on the Listowel Ballybunion Road, a few kilometers from the village of Lisselton. The apartment is part of their home ‘Forest Field’. Guests have their own space with a separate entrance. Patio table and chairs are provided to sit outside and enjoy the back garden. The apartment itself is very spacious and comfortable and is super clean. It has a well equipped kitchen cum dining room, sitting room, and an ensuite bedroom. Fifi and Joey are super hosts, they are very friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the warm Madeleines very much. We would definitely recommend this apartment.
The sandy beach is lined with gentle waves reflecting the blue sky above. A rocky cliff rises in the distance, showcasing layered earth tones. Soft footprints can be seen in the wet sand, leading towards the water's edge where small ripples meet the shore.

Luxurious Ballybunion home with outstanding views

ShaunaRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Our stay at this place was absolutely fantastic. I want to express my thanks to Karen for her exceptional hospitality and for accommodating our request for a late check-out. She went above and beyond by leaving us a couple bottles of wine and breakfast supplies in the fridge, which was a lovely gesture. The house is even more impressive in person. We would definitely stay here again in the future! :) 5 out of 5!!!!

Cliff Lodge - Seaside escape in modern cottage

SandyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Caroline and her seaside house were both incredible. Caroline was very responsive and helpful throughout the booking and stay. She welcomed us in person and walked us through the house. She also got us started with a small basket with porter cake/bread along with marmalades! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need. The guest rooms were clean and comfortable and if you leave your windows open, you'll hear the sound of the ocean. The entire house was warm and cozy and we felt like we were at home. It was the perfect mid-trip stay to relax and regroup. We took advantage of being able to do laundry and the ability to bring home some leftovers from the restaurant that Caroline recommended. Kate Browne's was one of her suggestions and we enjoyed every bite! I highly recommend this beautiful home and gracious hostess!

Beautiful cottage, 2 minutes walk to Ladies Beach

DonaldRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Maria’s cottage near the beach in Ballybunion is a true gem. Located right next to the scenic cliff walk, it offers breathtaking views. The cottage itself is cozy, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully furnished, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It’s the perfect base for a peaceful getaway or exploring the charming town and surrounding coastline. Waking up to the sound of the sea and enjoying evening walks along the cliffs made our stay unforgettable. We can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for couples or solo travelers alike!
