Wonderful house. Amazing hosts. They even put up a banner for our son’s graduation and left us a tray of goodies.

Beautiful place to stay. Peaceful and quiet, the bathtub was very relaxing. And Krista is awesome! I would definitely come stay here again. I felt right at home

I ended up in a bind with another Airbnb cancelling on me, and this was easy to book and the owners incredibly responsive and helpful. Got some great recommendations for the area, but honestly we ended staying in the place most of the time and just relaxing. Had a full house but didn't feel like we were on top of each other and it was a fantastic trip!

This Cabin was the perfect place for us to hang out with friends, and hang out!! This house is clean, VERY WELL CRAFTED& so elevated!! We will definitely be back! The location is perfect to escape everyday life & unplug. The large open concept was perfect to accommodate a large crowd of people. Shannon was a great host, always responsive to any needs or concerns. 10/10 would recommend 🤗

We had 5 guys stay here and it was the perfect place for our group. Good proximately to the lake & casino. Will definitely look to stay here again.

Kim’s place is absolutely beautiful and was the perfect place for us to stay! It was comfortable, and just felt like home!! The home was furnished with every thing you can think of to prepare a meal. Right down to different spices and things. We have family that lives in the Area and my father is not able to get around to well so it made it very easy for family to visit him. We will definitely be back!! Kim is a wonderful host. And was readily available at anytime to answer any questions. The whole trip was a 10 out of 10!!

We absolutely loved our time spent here and 100% plan on staying here again soon!

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Sarah’s beautiful property. This is a gorgeous place with peaceful and private surroundings. Private gate makes you feel safe and secure. Very comfortable and spacious, perfect for family get togethers like ours. Everything you need to relax and enjoy. Bells is a small town but you’ll find anything you need close by. Just a short drive into Sherman/Denison or to Bonham. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Such an ideal place for a group of friends with kids! We were all able to have our own space and never felt crowded. Each room having its’ own bathroom was a game changer. The common areas were spacious and perfect for gathering. The pool, playground and tennis courts were so much fun for our group with small kids. We had the best time!

The house is amazing, great space for a family getaway. Very peaceful neighborhood, with plenty of wildlife to see and wilderness to explore. The house includes everything needed and the host were extremely communicative! We did not go anywhere but the host does provide information about locate places to visit.

We had a great time at Selyer House. Host was friendly, responsive and helpful. Because of weather, we didn't get to utilize the backyard and patio, which looked great and add even more value to a stay at this location.

This place was AMAZING!! Clean! Clean! Clean! The house was so beautiful and decorated so cute! We loved all the extra little touches Vicky did for us! We felt so comfortable and so at home!! This is a great place to stay!! The hosts are kind and very helpful! I feel like the photos didn't do justice of the inside because it was much prettier. Definitely worth the trip. So close to places to eat that you could walk there etc. They have tornado shelters in the garage which was nice also.

Larry & Tabatha are great! This isn't our first stay and won't be our last. We always seem to make it during severe weather and they make sure we are doing good and feeling safe. Big plus--hanging out with the neighbor! Such a great community and hidden gem of a lake cottage! We truly appreciate the hosts and their love of animals and the lake!!!

This cabin was really cute, and super close to the river ! You can technically swim right in front of it but the waterfall is like a 4 minute walk ! Not bad at all

What a gem!! I was only here for one night but it is a lovely guest house, very new and everything works, clean and comfortable and private. I really enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and it’s close some good restarants. I very much look forward to stating here again!!
