What a stunning location and perfect house. The plate glass windows gave us a great view of the valley and loch. The bedrooms being at either end of the living space was good for privacy. Just what we were hoping for. Thank you

Lovely wee spot, beautiful surroundings. Just as described: Felt like a lovely cozy nest with the rain overnight. Nice, welcoming wood fire heating. Wood-fired hot shower is certainly worth the extra effort and patience. Genuinely eco-friendly. We only stayed one night, but would definitely come back for a longer stay.

My partner and I spontaneously booked this hidden gem after deciding to spend an extra night exploring the Isle of Skye. Sitting by the fire, listening to the gentle sound of the waterfall in the background, was incredibly peaceful. Bathing in the waterfall turned out to be one of the most memorable parts of our stay. It’s an experience I would absolutely recommend. Waking up the next morning to the sight of various animals living together so harmoniously was beautiful. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and made sure we felt at home from the moment we arrived. I only wish we had more time there. One night wasn’t enough. Until next time :)

The cottage is in a stunning location,looking across the water to the hills. It is very convenient for visiting many beautiful areas of Scotland. The immediate area to the house was very quiet and we were able to relax. The cottage is well equipped and comfortable.
