Our newly refurbished apartment consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a corridor. Whole apartment is air-conditioned and, on top of that, each of the two bedrooms have a separate heating/air-conditioning system. Bedroom 1: one double bed or two single beds - arranged according to your preference Bedroom 2: one double bed Both bathrooms have walk-in spacious showers. You can prepare a delicious meal in the fully-equipped kitchen and enjoy it in the dining room with your family or friends. In the living room, you can enjoy the time with each other or watch some TV on a 55" screen. Our guests will have access to the entire apartment. Together with my wife we set up a chat with our guests (via WhatsApp/Messanger) to be able to serve you 24/7 with suggestions, help and recommendations. Our preferred language is English but we can also communicate in Italian, French, Polish and Spanish. The apartment is located in the city center of La Spezia right by the pedestrian zone and train station. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops a stone's throw away. We are happy to find a best solution in terms of parking if you come by car. But then you can forget the car and use your feet or public transport to reach anywhere you need. Train station -> 3 mins walking distance Pedestrian zone -> 2 mins walking distance Marina with ferries -> 10 mins walking distance Bus stop -> 1 min walking distance We would also like to inform you that authorities require all the guests to pay the local tax at 2.5 euro/person/night (>16years) for max 5 consecutive nights of stay. This amount shall be paid in cash at the check in. Moreover, we need to communicate to the local Police office the guest register and we would need some information from all our guest to fullfill this legal requirement.

The apartment is fully renovated and equipped with every comfort, consisting of a living area with a fully equipped kitchen and sofa bed, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The enchanting terrace overlooks the sea, high above the seaside village. Easily accessible from both parking lots as well as the train station, just minutes from the beautiful marina and boat boarding point. Within walking distance of cafés, restaurants, pharmacies, and grocery stores, ensuring a relaxing stay.

The house, with a terrace, is independent and spread over three floors, offering a beautiful view of the village and the surrounding hills. It is located in a typical Ligurian alley, central yet quiet, despite being right in the heart of town, just a few meters from the main street and close to the sea. The property is easily reachable from the train station (8-minute walk), the ferry dock, and public parking. Traditional restaurants and bars are located nearby. The village is pedestrian-only.
