La Little Casa is a pleasant atypical accommodation in the heart of the seaside town of Royan that can accommodate up to 4 people. This cottage, where we welcome you, is adjoining our house but offers you total independence as well as a private parking space and the possibility to park more cars in a parking lot opposite the house. It consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a bedroom.

We are pleased to host you in our studio adjoining our house with independent access and private parking. The studio is composed of a living room of 35 m2 with air conditioning, equipped kitchen, sofa bed (140 bedding), 12 m2 mezzanine with 160 bed and storage furniture, shower room and independent toilet. Two fenced gardens. Shared, heated swimming pool from June to September. We have 2 affectionate little dogs.

We welcome you to a former windmill dating from the 18th century, fully restored and located in the heart of the Médoc. It consists of 2 levels and can accommodate 2 people. The mill is located on a wine estate, 15 to 30 minutes from the classified grand crus of St Estèphe, Pauillac, Margaux Close to the ocean beaches of Hourtin, Montalivet, Soulac (25 to 40 minutes) Bordeaux is 1 hour away.

Everything is in place to respect everyone's privacy.
