We are pleased to host you in our studio adjoining our house with independent access and private parking. The studio is composed of a living room of 35 m2 with air conditioning, equipped kitchen, sofa bed (140 bedding), 12 m2 mezzanine with 160 bed and storage furniture, shower room and independent toilet. Two fenced gardens. Shared, heated swimming pool from June to September. We have 2 affectionate little dogs.

We are only 10mn from Meschers beaches and 20mn from the lively sea side resort of Royan. 40mn from la palmyre, 5mn from Le Logis De La Grosse Pierre Arces, 5mn from Le Château De Théon Cozes, 6mn from Le Troisième Coteau Epargnes. Guests will have access to a beautiful pool and terrace shared occasionally with the owners.

Here's a real cozy little nest. You are in a quiet area and close to the beaches of Meschers. Markets, walks, flea markets... visits to Talmont ... so many activities will be possible in our beautiful region. We live on the same lot, and there is another rental house. Everything is in place to respect everyone's privacy.
