Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border lies Nettetal with the district Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and the neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained natural protection facilities. Supermarket and bakery in walking distance. The highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station 7 is about km away. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. Facilities: 2 living rooms, kitchen-living room, bath/shower, cable TV, radio, Internet/W-LAN, microwave, bed linen and towels included, child-friendly, non-smoking apartment, lockable bicycle storage, garden use, barbecue, large free parking opposite the house; Families with children are as welcome guests as their pet. When you cross the street you are already on the banks of the Maas and you can walk or cycle into the nature reserve De Baend. The house is quietly located, behind the main house in the green garden with old trees. The garden is accessible through the French doors in the living room and you can use it freely. The house has its own entrance and is fully equipped.

The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed 180 x 200 cm, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with double sinks and a bathtub with glass shower wall. A second sofa bed is located on the gallery. Child safety: a flap at the top of the stairs.

Excellent base for a night on transit to Kevelaer. Bed was nice and soft and there was TV with Netflix! Price-quality certainly very good.

Lisanne and Ron have built a beautiful vacation home. At the front and back is a nice terrace with a wide and beautiful view. The house is stylish and equipped with everything you could wish for. The bedrooms are spacious and have excellent beds. A bathtub and a spacious walk-in shower make the bathroom very comfortable. We'd love to come back!

In one word, great! The location is unique and beautiful, you sleep in the middle of the forest. The cottage itself is beautifully refurbished, and has all the comforts. One of the nicest places I've ever slept! And the 3-course dinner + breakfast were delicious! Thank you for the good care 🙏🏻

What an incredibly cool location and experience. Beautiful views. A really cool tree house with everything you normally have downstairs in a BnB. Electricity, TV, toilet, running water, Senseo, kettle, small fridge, games. Heating and extra blankets in the cabin, so definitely not cold. A dustpan and a spider web would have been nice. Everything was very dusty and certainly not from a day or a few days. That was the only downside.

A sliding wooden barn door is featured, showcasing a rustic design. The door leads to a modern bathroom, where a round mirror is mounted above a stylish sink. Soft lighting complements the warm tones of bath accessories, including a yellow towel and a textured bath rug.

Beautiful space, easily accessible, attractively decorated, clean, tidy, private. We only stayed one night but felt right at home, which is wonderful if you only have a short time. We would come back in a heartbeat, even for a few days.

Excellent stay, beautiful kitchen/ bathroom and bedrooms. Extra bed is next to the stairs and is difficult to go to the toilet, must go through bedrooms or down again. Otherwise, top arranged!!!
