The small house is lovely, the yard is very nice. There are all the comforts you need and breakfast was prepared, with a nice pie. Thank you for everything!

The apartment is superbly renovated, very nicely furnished, functional and clean. From the terrace, you have a wonderful view of the maquis (with deer) and the sea. We watched beautiful sunsets here. Since the apartment is located in the basement, it is also nice and cool on hot days. Cornelia and Giuseppe are great hosts and live in the apartment above. The apartment is a 15-20 minute walk to the large sandy beach with beach bar. With our small children, we drove by car, as the apartment is on a hill. The restaurant on the beach is about 15 minutes' walk away. Sant'Antonio di Santandi is located approx. 10 minutes by car from Pistis. There is a small supermarket and a bar with coffee and pastries. The fishing village of Marccedi is only about 15 minutes away by car and has a very good restaurant. Giuseppe is happy to help with everything and give tips. We enjoyed our stay in Pistis and in Giuseppe's apartment!

Very beautiful home with very good amenities. All windows and doors have high-quality mosquito screens. The seat is very sheltered from the wind. The view on the hill behind the house is magnificent and the sunsets accordingly spectacular. We were there in October 2024. The village is almost extinct during this time, but that did not bother us and we enjoyed the tranquility very much. Except for the restaurant in the center, everything was closed. In the "supermarket" in the village, the essentials were still available for daily needs. For a larger shopping to Terralba, you have to calculate an hour's drive for back and forth. To the beach you also need the car with bathing luggage. But it's beautiful, very long and clean. Alessio was always available via the airbnb app and responded very quickly and kindly to questions. We are completely satisfied with the stay.

Matteo's house(s) is/are a good half hour from Scivu and Piscinas, two beautiful beaches. You are immersed in greenery and tranquility, of course you need a car, but it is worth taking a little country road to enjoy the "noise" of nature and Matteo's flowery garden and to be able to take advantage of two houses, one for cooking and storing all the things you need on a vacation and the other for relaxing and sleeping. At first, it was a bit "funny", as we say, but then it was very pleasant and the evenings were very pleasant, eating out and enjoying the cool and the stars. Last thing, the house was very cool and we had no problems with insects, just be careful to close doors and windows during the day and do not leave food residues. Excellent base for visiting the Costa Verde, we will definitely return here the next time we visit the south of Sardinia. Thank you Matteo for the welcome and care of the garden and the house.

Fantastic location, spectacular view with easy access to surrounding beaches. Tatty and Lucas were great hosts. They had special treats for us upon arrival and they provided many recommendations for best beaches and restaurants. We would recommend a stay at their property.

The view from the terrace is breathtaking – a panoramic sea view with daily sunsets. The house is spotless, beautifully decorated, and looks even better than in the photos! The towels and bed linens smelled fresh. The kitchen and whole house are fully equipped, including beach gear like loungers, umbrellas, and swimming accessories. Behind the house is a lovely garden with Mediterranean plants, larger than expected. Marco is incredibly kind and made us feel at home. He warmly welcomed us with some bread, his own delicious olive oil (we even bought a liter to take home!), and a fresh strawberry pie from his garden. And on our last day, he surprised us with local Sardinian pastries. Gutturu Flumini is a peaceful village with no tourists – perfect to disconnect and enjoy nature. Just 2–3 minutes away is a quiet beach with crystal-clear, shallow water – perfect for swimming. We went for daily runs along the coast to admire the views. We'd love to come back in the future! We were guests of Maria Luisa in mid-May, communication with her was good. Everything was as described. We particularly liked the tranquility and being far away from too much hustle and bustle. Especially the sunsets from the balcony.... Mega Annett, Germany
