The house is situated in an absolutely quiet location on our organic farm in the Ötscher Tormäuer/Alpines Mostviertel Nature Park. Starting point for excursions and hikes. Ideal for families, bikers and couples. The 68 m² accommodation is fully equipped, has a terrace with a barbecue and a private entrance. The entire property is used by you alone. The village center with numerous leisure activities (outdoor swimming pool, tennis) can be reached in 3 km by car or hiking boots! Looking forward to seeing you soon.

A small nice house with about 70 m² of living space in a quiet location, on Johannesweg, 4 km to the thermal baths and 25 minutes by car from Linz. Our house was built in 1974 and completely renovated in 2019. Therefore, it is modernly furnished and very comfortable. Here you can rest, relax or take a break on the Johannesweg on a 3-day pilgrimage and feel the magic of the Mühlviertel. Thanks to our network of riding trails of around 700 km on the Mühlviertel-Alm, we are always happy to see hiking riders!

Welcome to Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the living and dining area provides cozy warmth. The very well equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the balcony you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large toboggan. On the top floor you will find cozy sleeping places. You can relax in the barrel sauna in the garden or in the hammock with a view. Coffee machine: Tschibo Cafissimo Various sauna infusion oils are available. We look forward to seeing you :)

Embedded in the untouched nature, on the edge of a forest, the KernAlm is a special spot of originality. In the morning you are awakened by birdsong and the first warm rays of the sun shining through the window, and in the evening no sound disturbs a peaceful sleep. Our vacation home is located in a small village in the beautiful Waldviertel highlands, approx. 1.5 hours by car from Vienna. In the surrounding area, there are extensive meadows and forests. The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Your parking space is right in front of the house. You will stay on the first floor of the 2-family house. A well-equipped, somewhat outdated kitchen awaits you. Bathroom and toilet are separated. Two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and a cozy living room are available. In the garden there are cozy places where you can enjoy the sunset and the magnificent views.

The river access is a short distance away and is slightly impassable, but ideal for stand-up paddling and swimming. A small, completely fenced garden also makes the house ideal for guests with dogs. The Danube and the Danube beaches are only a few 100 meters away, the car parks almost right outside the front door, but the whole settlement to the Danube is then car-free, so you can walk, cycle, hike as your heart desires.
