Everything was nice , location was great, peaceful and Ethan was very nice and prompt with all questions I had. Unit was clean towels and the things needed to cook our 5 days was definitely worth it. Only thing we wanted coffee and saw the coffee pot but no coffee 😊but it was ok but if I ever visited colardo I will book again Thanks Ethan

Highly recommended! We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Kristi's property. 5 star experience! Very clean and well-furnished. Great towels and linens. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well-provisioned with what appeared to be brand new tableware, utensils, plates and drinkware. The ability to watch several streaming services for free on the TV was a big plus. Kristi was an outstanding host! Will try to stay here again next time we're in the Denver metro for a visit.

We had a really nice stay at this Airbnb! The space matched the pictures perfectly and was beautifully decorated—plenty of room to comfortably accommodate three people. It came with everything we needed: towels (including makeup towels), extra sheets, laundry detergent, and a variety of cleaning supplies, which was super convenient. The home was clean overall, though there were a few minor housekeeping issues we noticed upon arrival. There were some scuffs and scratches on the walls from the living room through to the back area and bathroom. We also found dirty dishes in the dishwasher and some damp towels left in the dryer, which we ended up having to rewash and dry. These were small things but worth mentioning. The host was communicative in a timely and respectful way. They provided all the check-in and check-out info we needed, and we didn’t have to reach out during the stay, so I can’t speak much to how they handle issues. But for our experience, everything went smoothly.

Beautiful condo south of Denver in Greenwood Village. Walking distance to the RTD rail if you want to beat traffic downtown. Susie is a great host and a phone call away if you need anything. Would definitely stay again if returning to Denver and highly recommend to others.

This condo was everything you could ask for. Clean, quiet and convenient. I would highly recommend renting this place. Nadine was accommodating and very nice! Great communication.

Great value for our week in Englewood. Lofty high ceilings gave a luxurious feel to the place. Fabulous kitchen and dining area. There is a restaurant next door w great coffee breakfast, and lunch. The hospital is nearby making it easy to visit someone who needs a prolonged stay in the hospital. Ample free street parking in quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed a very comfortable stay. .

Ashley’s Perfect Place, was truly the perfect place. She was extremely accommodating as we had landed in early morning & she accommodated for us to check in early! The place was beyond spotless & felt like home. Always a pleasant & comforting atmosphere to return to especially with the winter colds! I would definitely check out Ashley’s Perfect Place as it really is the Perfect Place if you’re visiting the Aurora/Denver area.

Clean, comfortable and attractive ground floor property in a good location for restaurants, shopping and concerts. It is near I-25. Greg was very pleasant to deal with and communicated quickly and efficiently. I already have the property reserved for a bit later in May.

We rented Michael’s place for a month and really enjoyed it. It is very cozy, the propane stove is a nice touch. Micheal meets you on arrival and was very responsive throughout the rental, although we didn’t need much. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped although kitchen furnishings could use some updating. The area is great, lots of places to walk, stores and restaurants. We will probably rent here again as it is around the corner from family. We recommend Michael’s place.

In town for our son’s college graduation. Needed space for family and central location. Nice off street parking. Front yard is greener than photos. Wonderful to have large table downstairs to gather with a comfy sofa and foosball. Nice living room couch for hanging out and watching a movie together. Ample hot water- always great with everyone showering at the same time. Easy to find and access with host’s clear instructions. Enjoyed our time here. Comfy beds too.

Brians place was very clean and had everything we needed for our 4 week stay. We are a family of 3 and brought our two smalls dogs so it was a tight fit for us but the air bnb would be a perfect fit for 1-2 guests +pets comfortably. The first day we were there we ran into some issues with the air bnb (the tv wouldn’t work, the dryer needed an adjustment and the fridge filter needed to be changed). Upon messaging Brian, he came over asap and fixed the dryer, replaced the filter and bought a new tv. I would stay at any one of Brian’s air bnbs just due to him being a fantastic, attentive host! I know other reviews have mentioned the area seeming unsafe but for the most part we were left completely unbothered and it was quiet.

I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the Denver area!!!!! Host was top tier; Host was flexible with check in times and responded to EVERY text I sent. Place was clean and the area was nice and quiet.

Another great stay at one of Dawn’s places! So convenient to visiting our son and family. Very clean, comfortable and felt at home. Places to walk our dog either on property or off. Will stay here again!

Susan was so helpful during our stay, and very responsive to our needs. We even stayed an extra day! The only thing to look out for is parking at night as the lot does get pretty full, but we were always able to find at least one spot. Great place and a great host!

We enjoyed our stay- great communication and flexibility on check in time. Our host communicated with us directly with recommendations in addition to very clear instructions and info from Evolve. It was a chilly (and snowy!) Denver spring weekend and our host let us know we were free to set the heat to our comfort level and we enjoyed using the electric fireplace. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay! 😊

This is a great place very close to the Denver Tech Center and convenient for visiting our grandkids in Greenwood Village. The condo is very comfortable and warm. It feels like a home and we instantly felt comfortable there. The Kitchen was well-equipped and the bedroom, with the small desk, was perfect. After just a few minutes my wife and I agreed that we will try to get Nancy's place if we ever need a place in the area again.

This is a great place that is close to everything! One thing to note is that it's very close to a busy highway, so sometimes traffic can be heard when trying to sleep in the front bedroom. Also, the king bed is quite high, so someone shorter can have some difficulty hopping in! But besides those things, a great spot.

Great stay! Clean, nicely renovated, great location, pack n play available for our baby - would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful and peaceful stay at Tigist's ! There was plenty of room to spread out and the kitchen and living area was very roomy. She was very communicative and everything was seamless from start to finish. Very beautiful stay !
