Apartment vacation rentals in Arapahoe County

Mathew is great. As soon as we arrived he took us to grocery store as our rental car reservation got messed up. He was communicative and helpful. It is a great place for the money. The ceiling is a bit thin and you can hear the upstairs neighbors when they walk around.

Wow- Matt & Jenna are true gems and so is their property. This listing is exactly as described and was perfect for my bestie and I. We appreciated the accommodations, the king sized beds, FANS (iykyk) and large bed rooms. Everything was clean, Matt & Jenna were responsive and so friendly— it was like chatting with an old friend. We will absolutely return to this amazing rental the next time we return to Denver. Thank you for everything!

Great place in an up-and-coming neighborhood with Santa Fe and the Art District within a 5 mins walk. Some great restaurants (Sushi was excellent) Lisa’s place was comfortable and has a great workspace, ideal for access to downtown Denver and for some late night meetings. Ample street parking too with the supplied pass. Definitely a great stay.

This place was a cozy little apartment for us to stay at! Absolutely loved it! Close to all of the fun activities to do in Denver. It was a quiet little complex that felt like home as soon as we walked in! Definitely reccomend!

Fantastic location! Downtown Littleton is vibrant and within walking distance, as is train station to Denver. Also plenty of restaurants to walk to and a stellar laundromat 2 blocks away that was cleanest I have ever seen. Kitchen had many extras and Leisa and Bodhi thought of EVERYTHING you could ever want or need for a comfortable stay. Plus their garden is peaceful and the neighborhood is quiet. Cannot say enough good things about their place!

Like many others have said, yes there is a train, but if you’re there for fun in Denver, you’ll pretty much pass out in the comfy bed and won’t hear the train for too long. At one point, we had a spotted towhee smack it’s head into the window (fighting it’s reflection), but I think that’s just exclusive to our stay. We thought it was funny. My fiancé and I enjoyed our stay.

Brian was an amazing host, I would stay here again! Very responsive, communicative, and flexibility with the stay. Instructions were very clear and he also sent some recommendations. We were missing toilet paper, but he got us a pack ASAP. 4/5 stay, a bit noisy upstairs but it was a townhome so not something I shouldn’t expect.

Hunter’s place is so cozy and cute. The neighborhood is peaceful and great for dog-walking plua it’s close to many excellent restaurant and coffee options. Highly recommend!

We stayed here after a few days of camping and hiking in the mountains, this cozy apartment was the perfect place for relaxing and recuperating. I worked remote from the apartment, the high speed internet worked great and the provided monitor allowed me to have a workspace similar to home. It was easy to take the train downtown and explore. The apartment is also close to Sloan Lake area for dinner and drinks.

After staying at multiple VRBO’s, this was my first Airbnb. It was much better than any previous location. Extremely clean, very private and plenty of room. I will certainly come back to it next time I’m in Denver

I lived in Denver for a long time, and would choose Mark's location to make a home base for any future visit. Mark's place was right in the heart of one of Denver's best locals neighborhoods, and walking distance or easily accessible to anything you could want to see/visit. You can hit all the museums easily, but you're also surrounded by gorgeous parks, local comic shops, record stores, music venues, and an indie film center, with bars next door. Also, the neighborhood is super safe.

she was incredibly helpful and kind through our entire experience. despite it being short, she was available and lovely to work with. the place is in an incredible location and beautifully decorated.

In a quiet neighborhood that's centrally located for getting around in Denver, walking distance to parks and coffee shops, etc. Bianca & Sean were incredibly responsive and we enjoyed our stay!

This is a great place to stay in Wash Park. It was very walkable and close to restaurants. The apartment itself self was very clean and comfy. The bed was very comfortable. Ben was a great host and very responsive.

We came in for a family wedding. Crystal's place was great! Great decor and a great outdoor patio! She made check in and check out easy, with clear instructions. I highly recommend staying at her place for any trip to Denver!

Demetria's place was perfect for our work conference. Private rooms, good internet that allowed us to crank through work before and after the conference. We were traveling from one hotel to hers and in limbo between 12-3. She even let us put our belongings in the house early so we didn't have to haul them around. 5/5 stars!

What a beautiful apartment located in a perfect neighborhood close by lots of retail stores and restaurants. There is plenty to do within walking distance of the location. The apartment itself was perfect for our two daughters and hubby and myself! The decor was gorgeous. We all enjoyed the heated rooftop pool and hot tub that showcased views of the city. We needed a few items for the apartment and they were quickly door dashed to us without apprehension. I’m so glad we picked this place to stay and highly recommend it to others.

We loved our stay. The living room furniture was very comfortable and the king bed was super, super comfortable. The unit had everything we could want. The location was very convenient with easy access to Arapahoe Road, I-25, C470 and Park Meadows mall, which provided easy access to great restaurants and shopping. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Good, clean, well-located apartment in modern apartment building. Very responsive owner. Only concern was lack of clothes hanging capacity which owner has said she will provide for next guest.

Fabulous place. It was well equipped, and had an incredible view of the Rockies A downside/ upside was that a couple of codes were needed for the lobby and elevator, then apartment. It was a little tedious, but it definitely made you feel more secure. The rooftop pool and public areas were incredible. I wish I had known about all of the amenities on day 1, especially how to get coffee. Overall, 5 stars, and I definitely would come back. It is a top notch property.
