Our studio apt is in the heart of Carraroe, 10 min walk will get you to the village where you'll find pubs, restaurant, shop, chemist and library, there's 4 beaches, the unique coral beach ( Tra an Doilin) is only a 3 minute drive or a scenic 20-25 minute walk ,well worth the walk, 10 min drive will get you to Ros a' mhíl (Rossaveal) port where you can get a ferry to the Aran Islands, we have high speed internet in the apt, you can catch a bus frequently to Galway city down on the main strip

The Blue Yard

The Blue Yard is a tiny home on the beautiful drive-on island of Aughinish, 12 km outside the sea-side town of Kinvara, named one of the top ten beautiful villages in Ireland. Aughinish Island is accessed by a 1 km causeway (not tidal) and is an area of unspoilt beauty with local pebble beaches a five minute walk away and the sandy beach of Traught a ten min drive away (8 km). This cottage is located in a quiet area in the countryside. The house itself is situated at the back of the family property and it has beautiful views of Doolin, the Cliffs of Moher and the Atlantic Ocean on the Wild Atlantic Way. We are approximately 15 minutes drive to the Cliffs of Moher and 7 minutes drive (4.2km) to Doolin village. The town of Lisdoonvarna is nearby. And the beeches of Fanore and Lahinch are about a 15 minute drive away.
