The house is beautiful! It was impeccable! Cleaning, accommodation, etc. An extremely well-equipped house! Everything you need to cook, you'll find there! A house for those who want to rest and relax for sure! The only thing I say not as a criticism, but as a suggestion is: The outdoor area has no outlets! Having an outlet in the outdoor area would help a lot, or at least an extension, since we use some things, such as a speaker. Other than that, just perfect!

The location is great, quiet and beautiful, close to restaurants and shopping. The apartment is very functional, everything is clean and organized. A great point was having air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. The host was super polite and responded promptly. It was super worth it.

At first it was a little hard to find, but we soon found it and we didn't have any problems anymore, a great house and she always ready to assist us, on the way out we needed more time and understood and helped us, very grateful and sure to return to Caldas, we would stay again.

The house is really as advertised! Good! Check-in was very time-consuming, there was only one attendant at the reception and it took a long time! The kitchen items in the house are very few (pots, glasses and forks) as we spent most of the day away from home and did not have dinner in the house, it met our needs! However, if it's a family that needs to cook, it doesn't work! Even because the stove has only two burners! The structure and security of the place is impressive! A single reservation is for scares we got inside the house (our door was open) and suddenly people appeared shouting at the door to sell tickets to Lagoa park! I think the personal approach almost inside the house is not good! The house has served us well!! Even with some reservations, we like it!

My stay was very pleasant and quiet, the place is a super quiet environment, clean condominium, polite, helpful staff who keep the environment around the pool clean. There is always a swimming pool that is open 24 hours, but it is very quiet. I think what disturbs it is the lack of common sense of the other guests around, but nothing that would cause discomfort. Igor's apartment is a gem, refrigerator working, extra mattress for sofa bed, a single bed in the bedroom that already has a double bed, stove working, air and television. Nothing to complain about and clean. He is very clear about taking the bed linen and blankets, I took my pan and I made my own food, I left the environment as I entered and as he instructed in relation to cleaning when I left. Basic and clear if you follow the listing. Thank you in advance for your trust in lending us the place these days! I'll be back as soon as I can. Note: Visit the Japanese Garden, a beautiful place in the neighborhood.

Besides Mariana being a super host, the stay was PERFECT! The house has absolutely everything you need, the cleanliness was impeccable and the rooms are very comfortable. We travel with children and the space is very suitable for large families. In the surroundings, the river crosses the property, bringing even more charm to the place. Very well signposted, we were able to enjoy a weekend of great contact with nature and, at the same time, great comfort. Mariana gave us very complete instructions and was a super host. Good and cozy house. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Very nice leisure area. The pool didn't heat up much, but it's normal to be like that because of the time of year. Supermercado and restaurant nearby. The host responded quickly. I intend to return on other occasions.

The space is very comfortable and very well furnished, the cleanliness was very good!! The condominium is very quiet and it felt like I was alone in the building. The location was perfect, close to the main restaurants. I just didn't like the driveway, I thought it was tight, because I had to make a tight turn. I also noticed that there was a nearby house that was under renovation and the street was a little noisy, but nothing that would disturb my sleep too much.

Lira, Leela's daughter, was amazing, she responded very quickly with everything we needed. The accommodation was impeccable when we arrived, with plenty of blankets, which was great because it was very cold. We took some bed linens, but it was wonderful to feel the care and we ended up using them because ours did not keep out the cold. The suite had everything we needed, our little dog loved the space and the greenery of the place, our only concern was whether she would escape through the gap in the gate, but it was not something that hindered us and we soon managed to solve it. The location for us who went by car was excellent, we will definitely come back because we loved the experience, one of our best here on the app. Thank you so much for the wonderful reception!!!

The Farm is excellent, ample space surrounded by hills. The house is huge, has all kinds of kitchen utensils possible, in addition the caretaker is super proactive and helpful.

Great location. Just one caveat regarding the location of the room inside the hotel, which is not very accessible to those with mobility problems, the elevator was having problems that day, and it was necessary to climb some ramps and stairs. Other than that, everything is impeccable, it is worth it for the location of the space in the city: very close to restaurants and HotPark.

It is already the 2nd time we stayed at Thermas Place at Apto 815 do Juliano. We Like the apto, the TV (movie channels), air conditioning, hot shower, minibar, everything working optimally well! Comfortable queen bed! That tasteful smell of cleanliness! The pools are heated and are always clean. I brought bedding, towels and pillow as usual. It was offered by Thermas Place breakfast for kg and lunch (Marmitex and executive dish $30.00). About the host, Juliano nothing to complain, he is always available! We'll be back soon! Thank you!
