Ittougashi

You can rent an entire guest house in an authentic Japanese house from the Taisho period, built about 100 years ago. You can have a relaxing stay in Nara without hesitation. Right next to Nara Park, about 10 minutes on foot to Kintetsu Nara Station. It is also easy to take a quiet walk in the early morning or at dusk. Same price for up to 4 people. It can accommodate up to 9 people. The Japanese house, built in the Taisho period, is full of charm with its lattice windows, tea room, veranda, and courtyard. Please relax in the living room with a sunken kotatsu facing the courtyard. The kitchen is equipped with an IH stove, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, pots, cooking utensils, etc. Please enjoy cooking together, watching the garden, and gathering around the sunken table for a hot pot! There are two toilets and two shower rooms. There are no facilities like a hotel, but we would appreciate it if you could have a nostalgic atmosphere and a relaxing time. There are only bedrooms, a total of 3 rooms (4 rooms if you divide the large Japanese-style room). We will prepare it according to the number of people. Have a special holiday! Villa Vacance Kyoto Kizawa (with jacuzzi and sauna) Turn your vacation into a vacation!

This one-of-a-kind home has its own unique style. Newly built and opened in October 2023, and the host lives in the management room on the first floor, but you can use it almost as if you rent the whole building. The entire 2nd floor is private. In addition to the spacious LDK centered on the Graphtec island kitchen, the sky terrace, the most distinctive space in the villa, has an outdoor sofa, sauna (available 6 pm - 10 pm), jacuzzi, and a 100-inch projector for movies and more.In addition, a full-fledged BBQ grill from Canada's Broil King (now Weber) is installed, so you can enjoy a barbecue at any time, and you can also enjoy it with a glamping feeling.(It is suitable for the BBQ grill to provide thick cut steak instead of meat for so-called yakiniku.) It is very convenient for sightseeing, as it is located about 36 minutes by express train from the nearest JR Kizu Station to Kyoto Station, about 60 minutes by express train to Osaka Station, and about 6 minutes by express train to Nara Station.

NISHIMURATEI Hanare ― Entire 110-Year-Old Traditional Japanese House for Rent, with Kitchen & Dining Area

Hi there,Welcome to the Nishimura Residence.I’m Yuta Sugimoto, the host. Nishimura Residence is a traditional Nara machiya (townhouse) over 110 years old.I renovated “Grandma’s place,” where I spent a long period of my childhood, and opened it as an inn in 2019.Since the Nara machiya has been preserved in its original state, there are many inconveniences, and it is not a luxurious hotel where everything is provided. On the other hand, I think it’s the perfect place to soak up the “cozy, rustic” atmosphere that permeates Naramachi. In the hope of helping guests “reflect and rejuvenate” in an environment away from the hustle and bustle of the station, we provide books in the room and a vegetarian-style breakfast.(Almost all of the books in the room are available for purchase.) Please spend this evening in the tranquility of the Nishimura residence and Nara-cho, listening to the voice of your own heart.
