Historic house from 1669, renovated in 1977 and renovated again in 2017. It is located in the lower part of Semione, in direct contact with the countryside. It is part of a small rural nucleus surrounded by fields, orchards and vineyards 300 meters from the river. It is divided into two apartments with separate entrances: one of about 200 square meters and another of about 40 square meters with a sauna. The two apartments are connected by an internal staircase that allows you to have the entire house.

The Chalet, renovated in an open space, maintains the typical characteristics of a Leventine rural house. The terrace offers a table and grill for pleasant lunches and dinners surrounded by a suggestive panorama. Sun, meadows, woods and mountains will accompany your walks while starry skies will accompany your evenings.

The Rustico in the sunny valley with a large turnaround and two streams is perfect for nature lovers, hikers, families and people with dogs. You can end the day by the warm fireplace. The kitchen and bathroom were modernized in 2023. The middle floor serves as a large living and games room. A desk and WIFI convince the Digital Nomad and the large screen and projector create a cinema feeling. With water supply from the Bergbach (filtered), wood heating and solar power.
