Apartment in the historic center of Monopoli on two levels. On the first floor: a living room with a panoramic window overlooking the sea and two bedrooms, one with a balcony directly overlooking the Charles V castle and a bathroom with a shower. On the second level, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a fantastic terrace equipped with a table and chairs for breakfast and lunch and sun loungers: the real gem of the house with a lovely sea view. We were greeted by Cesare who gave us various tips and made us park outside the center and then took us home with suitcases. We were there at the end of May for the Ukulele festival and we will definitely be back!!!

Very charming apartment. Good beds, well-equipped kitchen, working smart TV. In a beautiful area with beautiful beaches and old town. Parking in the neighborhood is a bit more difficult, but there is always a place to find, even if it is a bit further away. Host is very helpful and welcoming.

Davide was super responsive and friendly, we enjoyed our stay the apartment is full of details and clean. We arrive later than plan he was super flexible on the check-in.

Absolutely amazing place to stay. It is seriously huge! And perfectly appointed with amenities. The archaeological details put it over the top - beyond perfect. We wish we could have stayed longer! We’ll recommend this home to everyone and hope to be back soon ourselves.

Lovely apartment! Fresh and clean. Cafes, restaurants and beach within walking distance. Try to catch the fruit/vegetable truck. It stops near the apartment a few times a week. Really good and cheap fruit! Our host was quick to answer and helped us every time without hesitation. She even fixed a brand new high chair for our baby❤️

The host was awesome. Our train was cancelled and we had to take the bus from Rome. We didn’t get the onsite until 3 am. She frequently check on us to make sure we arrived with no issues. Very sweet and thoughtful Thank you

The house is at the border of Castro on the litorale, surrounded by olive trees. It is very private and spacious. The view is amazing. The sea and restaurants are within walking distance. The house has everything and is extremely spacious, we really liked it. Ornella and her husband are very kind and very helpful, they even picked us up from the supermarket. We would definetly recommend it!

Teresa was very friendly and welcoming. The place is comfortable and has a narrow spiral staircase up to the lounge and bedroom. Trevigno has a tiny mountain town feel … the grocery store man opened up just to make us a panini …and don’t miss going to Angela’s home restaurant for outstanding food ( Teresa can book for you and you need to give 24h notice to go there )

We had a lovely time, the property is less than five minutes walk to beaches, great views and lots of restaurants! Very happy with everything and Katia was quick to respond to our questions

We loved staying at Mimma’s home. She was a brilliant host who had thought of everything. The house is ideally located for seeing lots of the beautiful towns and beaches of Puglia.

We had a pleasant vacation in a magnificent place. We felt at home, perhaps for the first time we did not experience the discomfort of traveling with our little dog because Isabella never made us feel as if we should be grateful for this, for her it was more than natural to welcome a couple with a pet. Our little dog had a place to run free since the apartment is part of a house surrounded by olive and orange trees. Isabella was a very kind and welcoming hostess, upon our arrival she made us find, to our pleasant surprise, fresh bread, cherry tomatoes and oil of her own production. One evening, returning home, she made us find clean towels (although it was absolutely not required) and cookies. What else can I say, that terrace and that view speak for themselves. Mattinata is a strategic place for visiting Gargano, especially because the most beautiful beaches are there.

We had a great vacation, our friends did enjoy their experience as it was the first time in Puglia. For me it was a coming back home as I am from Puglia. The trulli were cozy, clean, and comfortable, the area is great to relax, and most of all it’s completely private and safe. Francesca was very kind as she extend our check out, even though she had a new reservation coming! Thanks a lot Francesca!

Wonderful location in a lovely town. We could not fault this well appointed haven after travelling almost 30 hours from the bottom half of the world. Mario gave v good advice on car parking - a tricky issue we had anxiety about. The cream on the cake was the courtyard in the mild Spring sunshine. In the centre of things - but with the bonus of a private outdoor space. Some music from down in the street on a Friday night but really recommended without hesitation.

Had a wonderful stay in Villa Particolare. We stayed in the studio for 2 weeks. Beautiful clean space and everything present! Beautiful, quiet area near Martina Franca. Peter and Anita are very warm people. They gave us many tips about the area. We felt right at home!

Had a wonderful time staying at this spacious and peaceful apartment in the heart of Otranto, really felt like home. The location is impeccable, just steps away from the historic center and a short stroll to the sea. The apartment itself is incredibly bright, quiet, and thoughtfully laid out, offering everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. Inside, all was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was exceptionally responsive, providing clear check‑in instructions and helpful local tips. Ideal location near both the sea and historic town center with a peaceful ambiance with an abundance of natural light. Overall, this apartment provided everything we hoped for: comfort, convenience, and charm. We highly recommend it for anyone looking to experience Otranto with ease, and would gladly stay again!

Claudia’s place was in a great location and the bonus was the garage for parking. It was easy to walk yo all the restaurants and the beaches. Claudia was very responsive but also respectful of our privacy. We would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks Claudia.

Perfectly located in the center of Bari at a 10 min walk from the old center. Very spacious. Would definitely eat at the restaurant that Angelo recommendates.

It really was an honor to be able to stay at House Sasanelli. It was a beautiful apartment and the location was great! Donato (the co-host) was both very friendly and helpful if we had any questions.

We have been travelling to Italy for years - and this is one of the greatest apartments we have ever stayed in. Unlike in many other flats, everything in Ulrike’s place is exceptional: the design which is vintage yet timeless, spotless standard of hygiene and little things that make you feel welcomed. Ulrike prepared small welcome and goodbye gifts and was ready to answer all of our questions. The view from the apartment is wonderful and gives you an opportunity to rest from the sun. The flat is located in the very heart of Nardo: the town is lively and wonderful, yet the apartment is very quiet. It is also sunny and spacious, we will definitely return! ❤
