Typical dwelling partly excavated and partly built, with splendid views of the enchanted scenery of the Sassi of Matera. It is located in a pedestrian area, so it is not accessible by car, but there is a convenient paid parking lot a 2-minute walk away and free parking along the road a little further away. Close to the most important places to visit! Access to the apartments is on a comfortable ground floor but the view from the balcony of apartment number 1 is on a high floor (magic of the Sassi of Matera!)

Trullo Nonna Pina

Ancient Saracen Trullo just renovated suitable for a couple. In a single space, an area with a double bed, a small kitchen equipped with everything and a dishwasher, a bathroom with a large shower and a private veranda with an umbrella, deck chairs and a small table have been created. The trullo is not isolated but located in an area with 2 other trulli used for rentals (a very small village). In front of the trullo there is a pine forest with a relaxation area and plenty of space to walk.

La piccola casa in grotta ha un ingresso indipendente. è una piccola camera ipogea ricavata totalmente all’interno della massa tufacea . Le grotte hanno un loro particolare microclima che viene regolato da impianto di riscaldamento in inverno e deumidificazione quando necessario. Nello spazio esterno, arredato con tavolino e sedie, è possibile incontrare e fare amicizia con la mia gattina e con il mio cane, un dolcissimo Border Collie . Soggiornare in una grotta è un esperienza.

The spaces have been furnished with a hint of reference to the history of the peoples who have lived for centuries in these caves, without removing anything from the comfort that modernity has given us. At your disposal you have a warm and atmosphere environment where you can feel at home, as in the childhood casda where scents and colors will take you back in time.

L'appartamento è incastonato tra le suites dell'hotel Grotta Palazzese, affaccia direttamente a strapiombo sul mare. L'alloggio è in zona pedonale fresco e dotato di ogni confort e vi si può accedere anche con i risciò o con l'Ape Piaggio (affittabili facilmente negli appositi centri).
