B&B in an 18th-century trullo immersed in a green and quiet centuries-old olive grove. Expertly restored, it preserves the characteristics of its antiquity and is equipped with the comforts of modernity. Let yourself be conquered by the colors, smells and flavors of the Murgia, by the mild, dry and ventilated climate, by the renowned dishes and local products, by the dry stone walls and by the trulli. A few minutes away are the trulli of Alberobello, the carnival of Putignano, the caves of Castellana, the Adriatic coasts and the Ionian beaches.

IL TRULLO DI NINNO

The trullo is surrounded by more than eight thousand meters of land bordered by the classic dry stone walls. Olive trees, oaks and Mediterranean scrub fill the view even from inside the pool. It's a great place to rejuvenate, rest, and stargaze. It's our summer home, but we rent it out every now and then. It is located in the magical Valle d'Itria: Locorotondo, Cisternino and Martinafranca are ten minutes away. With a few more people, you can reach the sea of Savelletri, Capitolo and Torre Guaceto.

Villa Ada Independent villa - heated private pool

Rural house, pajara, just renovated in the countryside, inside a 10thousand mq olive tree grove with abreath-taking panorama. Nicely furnished,full equipped with air condition, a big outside private pool with hydromassage ( 3.5x11 m) and kitchen area with accessories. The pool is independent, heated all day and night ( 24-28 degrees) and just for the house, the only structure situated in the villa. The wifi is very good also for working inside the house. Il Cubetto (means small cube) is a lovingly converted garage situated behind the main house ‘Il Grillo'. Nestled in an olive grove it has its own private entrance and mediterranean garden. It is situated in the heart of the Salento and is close to many of Puglia’s most beautiful beaches . The small space is complimented by a good size outdoor area. Il Cubetto is a design gem made by local artisans. It is the perfect place for a couple to explore Salento's magical sea, food and culture.

The cave in Old Town

Experience this incredible space, rich in history, located in a picturesque setting. At the center of a seaside village away from mass tourism. Natural white stone all around the room and on the ground the typical ancient and original "chianca" (medieval term meaning stone slab). I tried to leave everything as original and rustic as possible to give guests the feeling of reliving the old days when an entire family of 10 lived in this room.

180-degree mountain and sea views - Casa Alloro

Casa Alloro is the latest in our small private resort right above the sea. The view from two huge panoramic windows and the terrace overlooking the entire bay with the Amalfi Coast and high mountains in the distance is spectacular. The architecture of the house was inspired by a corrugated iron hut, carries a lot of rust on the outside and a lot of purist charm on the inside with every comfort (underfloor heating and air conditioning)

La Dépendance is the romantic and cozy house you were looking for. Historic trulli and lamie in the fabulous Itria Valley that comfortably accommodate 2 or, at most, 3 people. The house is equipped with a kitchenette and a private bathroom, a furnished outdoor patio where you can enjoy delicious meals and where you can relax in total privacy and, in addition, there is the Jacuzzi shared with my family that can be used in hot periods.
