Michelle was a very proactive host. Space is clean, neat and as pictured. Was great alternative to hotel for a conference trip. Would stay again.

great place in capitola, easy walk to the beach and restaurants nice easy drive to Santa cruz and surrounding area. Nice rental for a small family. the one and only minor downside is the garage , it's a tad small but can fit a car fine just no big suv or truck. Definitely tight getting in and out. would recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Luong’s place was a great pit stop during our California road trip! The surrounding area had a lot of amenities to offer and was only a short ride away to the coast line. The beds were comfortable and offered a good nights rest which we were in desperate need of! Overall good experience!

Cynthia has a great place with 5mins walking distance to downtown, spacious room and garden, and beautiful design taste. The kitchen was fully stocked and my family had a wonderful stay at this place. Cynthia was quick in response and warm to communicate with. Would love to visit again!

A great weekend spent right next to the beach. Appreciate the intro message with a list of things to do right when I booked. Easy instructions for parking which really appreciate since it is busy there. Looked like photos and was exactly expected. Enjoyed the night :)

Well-stocked, simply furnished bungalow-type attached residence in the Seabright neighborhood, convenient to the northeastern residential sections of Santa Cruz and to supermarkets and natural food stores. Many new, easy-to-operate small appliances and good laundry set-up. Ample kitchenware and condiments. Quiet city surroundings, easy parking. Overall, staying at the unit (and interacting with owner) was a pleasure.

Place is exactly as described but also clean and inviting! Location location location- can’t beat it. Host is extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

The unit was great and exactly as described - very well appointed, clean, well decorated and in a great neighbourhood. Very convenient to places around Santa Cruz and obviously SC is very central to a lot of nice places to visit - SFO, Carmel, Monterey Bay, Silicon Valley. Check-in was easy, appreciate the convenience of a combination entrance, checkout instructions were not onerous, just common sense. All in all, had a great stay, will gladly stay again in Ben's place next time we are in Santa Cruz

We had such a cozy and relaxing stay! The location is absolutely perfect—just steps from the beach and central to everything we wanted to do. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed, and our 2-year-old daughter had a great time exploring and playing. The patio was truly magical—a peaceful spot to unwind after busy days. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, which made everything even smoother. We’d absolutely stay here again!

This house was amazing -- would love to stay here again. The rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were well stocked and super clean! The bikes and surfboards were an amazing addition to an already beautiful house. We wished we could of stayed longer to take advantages of all the extras! My family enjoyed the hot tub. We selected the home to celebrate a 60th birthday with siblings. It was perfect for our group of five. We walked (and ran) on the beach, did puzzles, made meals together, and spent quality time just hanging out. Kitchen has everything one could need. Plenty of supplies. Clear instructions and expectations. We’d absolutely return.

Beautiful home and great location. We loved the warm welcome details and snacks. My son enjoyed playing with the games. The home is beautifully decorated with coastal vibes. Shops, restaurants are all within walking distance. Claire was very communicative and friendly. We will definitely come back.

This beach bungalow is fabulous ! The home is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway! The outdoor patio is a bonus living room! The location has a nice ocean view and easy access to walks along the beach. Heather is a great host! The recommendations provided are very helpful and spot on! I don’t have much experience with Airbnb, but this has been by far the most satisfying stay I’ve had. The surroundings are beautiful and perfect for peaceful walks, and you can even watch the sunset right from the house. Restaurants and supermarkets are nearby, and there’s plenty of parking available. Inside, everything was spotless and fully equipped — the kitchenware and amenities were complete, and check-in was incredibly smooth. I especially loved Joanne’s interior design; it felt cozy and homey, exactly like the photos. Joanne was very responsive and thoughtful throughout the stay, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I truly had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again if I’m ever visiting the area.

Our stay started off a bit rocky due to a little mix up, but I have to say, the host went above and beyond to make things right. Kristina was incredibly responsive and proactive, ensuring that the issue was resolved quickly and that we were comfortable and happy for the rest of our stay. The property itself is beautiful with an amazing ocean view and access to the pool/hot tub that is very close. I really appreciate how the hosts had all the extras added to the condo such as chairs, air mattress, pack and play and cooking spices ext. It's clear they genuinely care about their guests' experience. If you’re looking for a place where the host truly listens and takes action, this is it. I can't wait to stay here again!

Amazing views of the Pajaro River and Pacific Ocean. Short walk (300 yards) to the beach along a boardwalk or enjoy the views from the livingroom through the large picture windows or deck. Perfect for a couple or young family (the two twin beds in the second bedroom are quite small but my 20 something daughters had no complaints). Abundant bird watching opportunities along with the occasional sea lion\seal and otter.

Gem of a find! Great location right in Santana Row, and also a wonderful spot for an extended stay. Eugene really put a lot of thought into vital details that helped ensure guests had everything they needed- from a well equipped work station down to a kitchen supplied with cooking utensils and items for making a variety of meals! Absolutely loved our stay, and look forward to coming back!

Peaceful welcoming and instantly felt comfortable and at ease! The hosts have taken care to provide thier guests with the cleanest nicest and most accommodating space. We will keep coming back!

We’ve stayed at Pajaro Dunes before, but it’s been decades ago. Marc’s place was perfectly situated for privacy and views and was very clean and well appointed. The peacefulness and serenity were exactly what we were looking for. The beachy feel of the furnishings was charming and the unit included all that we needed including an upgraded and well furnished kitchen, a gas fireplace, a comfortable, king size bed and other essentials like extra blankets and a Kuerig coffee maker. Our only difficulty was when inadvertently trying to use the TV remote to change channels…Don’t Do That, Use the cable remote like it says in the instructions. Spent a thoroughly enjoyable four days here with side trips to Monterey and Carmel. Perfect home base for dining out and exploring the coast, and an excellent, proactive host.
