This was our second stay at this magical home. The location is perfect, just close enough to be convenient and far enough to feel like an escape. Clean, functional, and perfectly laid out.

Suzanne and Neil's little private oasis was a gem! Even though it was small, it had everything that we needed. The place was very comfy (especially the bed!), and we really loved the private, peaceful backyard all inclusive with a hot tub, fire pit and soothing waterfall!! We were planning on going out to eat for my birthday dinner, but we loved the backyard so much we went out and brought our dinner 'home'. Suzanne and Neil were so friendly, helpful and very proactive with any concerns or questions that we had. A special little gesture that I loved was that Suzanne had a drawer in the bathroom filled with all kinds of necessary goodies that a guest might have forgotten to bring. We will definitely be back, this oasis is a 10+!!

The house was beautiful! The refrigerator broke down the first day, but the host brought us an ice chest full of ice and replaced the refrigerator by the next day. The house was close to the beach and very close to towns like Capitola and Santa Cruz.

Himani was super sweet! She made sure she was available when we arrived to give us the keys then gave us a run down of the place. My husband and I stayed with our friend and her fiancé so it was perfect as there were 2 private bedrooms, each with a private entrance outside. Each couple had our own half restroom and shared a shower, so if you don’t mind that, this place is perfect! Super close to Capitola and seascape resort where we attended a wedding.

This is a really great spot and we would definitely stay here again! Jackie was a great host and the communication was excellent throughout our trip. The beds were nice, the house was clean, and the windows allow plenty of light to come in. The house is also well stocked with plenty of coffee, a variety of cooking and glassware, some and, some spices. The hosts have also prepared the house with games, toys, and small bowls and forks for kids. The backyard is also a really nice to hangout in and has a small yard that could be a great area for kids to run around as well. The house is in a quiet neighborhood that is about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. There are also some nice restaurants, grocery stores, and cute shopping areas about a 5-10min drive away. Some areas in Santa Cruz have pretty hard water (including this spot) so if you aren't used to that grabbing some bottled water for your trip might be a good idea. We had a great time and highly recommend this spot!

We had a wonderful stay at this home—it was the perfect setting for our vacation with multiple families and young children. The house was incredibly well-equipped with everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen that made group meals a breeze to thoughtful amenities that made traveling with little ones so much easier. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and spend quality time together, and the layout made it easy to keep an eye on the kids while still enjoying ourselves. The home was clean, comfortable, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. We’d gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with kids!

Nice place about a half block from Twin Lakes Beach. Location is great and the place was perfect for our family of 3 plus our dog. Our teenage son enjoyed sleeping in the loft and our dog loved barking at passersby from the deck... The unit is above the main house where the host lives, but felt private. We'd be happy to stay here again next time we're in town.

This house was amazing -- would love to stay here again. The rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were well stocked and super clean! The bikes and surfboards were an amazing addition to an already beautiful house. We wished we could of stayed longer to take advantages of all the extras! My family enjoyed the hot tub. We will be back! Thank you!

We selected the home to celebrate a 60th birthday with siblings. It was perfect for our group of five. We walked (and ran) on the beach, did puzzles, made meals together, and spent quality time just hanging out. Kitchen has everything one could need. Plenty of supplies. Clear instructions and expectations. We’d absolutely return.

Beautiful home and great location. We loved the warm welcome details and snacks. My son enjoyed playing with the games. The home is beautifully decorated with coastal vibes. Shops, restaurants are all within walking distance. Claire was very communicative and friendly. We will definitely come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jackie's beach house. The house was walking distance to all our favorite places to go. Honestly, we loved hanging out in the backyard too. The BBQ was perfect and ready to go. I wouldn't change a thing, it was perfect and we look forward to coming back again.

We felt right at home and had everything we needed for the best weekend. Our favorite part about the house was being able to walk to the beach in just 3 minutes with coffee, pizza and pie right there on her fingertips beautiful location

This beach bungalow is fabulous ! The home is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway! The outdoor patio is a bonus living room! The location has a nice ocean view and easy access to walks along the beach. Heather is a great host! The recommendations provided are very helpful and spot on! Will definitely book this wonderful gem for our next visit to Santa Cruz!

Michelle’s place was perfect for our group. We enjoyed being so close/walkable to cafes, restaurants, the beach, etc. Michelle and Shannon were very responsive and accommodating to our group. We would love to come back!

I had a wonderful stay at Susanne’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed. The check-in process was smooth and communication was excellent throughout. This was the perfect spot for relaxing with friends and a short walk to the beach, I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the Santa Cruz/Capitola area!

Beautiful place. The home fit all of our needs and was in the perfect location. Unfortunate we were told last minute about the construction to the rock wall on the ocean side, so we were not able to experience a true “beach front” vacation. Construction started right at 6:30am. The host was however very accommodating and did offer a last minute cancellation or 25% off our stay. We chose the 25% discount due to it being our spring break and did not want to cancel on our kids. I’m sure as soon as the construction is done it’ll be a perfect spot again. Would love to go back!

We had a wonderful stay at Theresa’s place. Great location and very well maintained. We’d love to stay there again.

My daughter and I had a great couple days at Lauren's. The place is very clean and bright with some beautiful fragrant roses. The upper deck was a bonus to get some sun and chill out.

This property is just like being at home....It is clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Julia is a wonderful host that goes up and beyond to make your stay as wonderful as possible. We truly enjoyed every minute of our visit, and for the first time in a long time, renting houses for our vacations...We just didn't want to leave! We look forward to getting back to Julia's!

Wonderful place to stay for a visit to Santa Cruz! The house is ideally located and we walked to Capitola in one direction and Pleasure Point in the other. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance. The house itself was great! The kitchen was very well equipped. The backyard is a quiet oasis- we enjoyed sitting out there at the end of a long day. Ronnie was quick to answer a question we had. Don’t hesitate to rent this- you won’t be disappointed!
