Excellent apartments, clean, with a good kitchen. Check-in with keys in the safe was very important to us, as we arrived at night. Thanks Antonio. We are happy with everything.

Trovare l'appartamento è stato molto semplice. Siamo stati accolti da Giuseppe e Paola, padroni di casa molto gentili e interessanti, e il check-in è stato rapido. Si tratta di un piccolo appartamento accogliente con una cucina-soggiorno e una camera da letto separata. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra. La cucina aveva tutti gli utensili necessari per cucinare e piccole cose importanti come sale, pepe, zucchero e così via. All'arrivo abbiamo apprezzato il fatto di avere una bottiglia d'acqua fredda dal frigorifero perché faceva molto caldo. C'è anche un piccolo patio dove ci si può sedere con una tazza di caffè. La pulizia dell'appartamento è perfetta. Un grande vantaggio per noi è stata la disponibilità di una lavatrice. L'appartamento è dotato di wifi e funziona benissimo. C'è un parcheggio gratuito di fronte alla casa. C'è un supermercato a cinque minuti a piedi dalla casa. Ci piacerebbe tornare di nuovo qui!

Filippo und seine Mutter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und befindet sich in einer tollen Lage, wo man alles zu Fuß erreichen kann. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Was mir persönlich noch sehr gefallen, dass es in der Küche so viele Töpfe und Pfannen in verschiedenen Größen gibt. Also, wir sind sehr zufrieden.

La casa di Eleonora è piccolina, ma gli spazi sono organizzati molto bene e ci sono due bei poggioli per fare colazione fuori e per stendere le cose dopo la spiaggia, che ampliano lo spazio a disposizione. Ma il vero pregio è quello di essere direttamente sul mare. In 2 minuti sei in spiaggia, Eleonora ci ha fornito un ombrellone e due lettini nella spiaggia adiacente, che non è poco!! Allo stesso tempo a 50 metri dal palazzo c’è la via con tutti i ristoranti e bar, e proprio vicino c’è un supermercato. Insomma l’ideale, parcheggi la macchina nel posto riservato sotto il palazzo e arrivi ovunque a piedi. Per qualche giorno di vero relax é perfetta!!

There aren’t enough superlatives to positively describe this stay! The SUPER HOST AND SON went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, accommodating and pleasurable. Everything was beyond the description in a great way. We will be returning next year and will seek to stay at this location only. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our first visit to Venice phenomenal!

Wir können Gerard nur wärmstens empfehlen ! Super schön eingerichtet ! Mit Prosecco, typischen Gebäck und Kaffee wurde man empfangen. Gerard antwortet immer zeitnah und gibt einem wertvolle Tips für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt. Chioggia hat sich seinen italienischen Charme zum Glück noch erhalten . Immer eine Reise wert .

Die Wohnung ist wirklich in optimaler Lage! Sehr kurzer Weg zum Strand und viele Restaurants bzw. Essensmöglichkeiten (Döner, Eis, Gelato, etc.) in direkter Umgebung. Die rießige Terasse ist auch super für Kinder am Abend geeignet! Über Marisa kann ich nur das Beste sagen! Sie war immer super freundlich und wahnsinnig Zuverlässig! Sowohl der Checkin beim ankommen, als auch der Checkout waren maximal flexibel! Danke für die tolle Unterkunft, gerne wieder!

Wir waren im Juni für fünf Nächte in einem Apartment von Alex – zum zweiten Mal – und wieder rundum begeistert. Die Kommunikation mit Alex war super freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert, der Self-Check-in lief reibungslos. Die Wohnung war sauber, modern eingerichtet und sehr einladend. Der Meerblick war einfach traumhaft – wie im Kino! Die Lage ist ideal: nur wenige Schritte zum Strand und zur Altstadt mit vielen Restaurants und kleinen Geschäften. Unser Sohn (8 Jahre), mein Partner und ich haben die Zeit sehr genossen – tagsüber am Strand, abends beim Essen in Caorle. Alles, was man für den Alltag braucht, war vorhanden. Ein großes Dankeschön an Alex für die tolle Betreuung! Wir können seine Apartments absolut empfehlen und freuen uns jetzt schon auf unseren Aufenthalt im nächsten Jahr. 😍🌞🌊

Perfekte Lage im 8. Stock mit Balkon auf der Meerseite. Die Aussicht ist fabelhaft. Der Lift funktioniert sehr gut. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe, auch ein kleiner Einkaufsladen. Sehr angenehm ist der öffentliche Strand. Ein privater Parkplatz ist gleich neben dem Haus. Der Eigentümer Marco ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Super.

Giuliana war sehr freundlich und hat uns herzlich in Empfang genommen. Alles war unkompliziert und unbürokratisch 👍🏼 Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet. Das einzige was mir persönlich nicht gut gefallen hat, waren die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche. Aber das kann man ja auch selber beim nächsten Mal mitnehmen :) Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

L'appartamento era vicino al centro e intorno ai 300 metri dal mare. Comodo a due supermercati e a tutti i servizi. Abbiamo soggiornato con due bambini piccoli e non abbiamo avuto nessun tipo di problema. Pulito e host disponibile.

We wanted to visit Padua & Venice. Great place to stay to visit both cities! Appartement felt like home, very safe, everything we needed was there. Everything was clean, bed was comfortable, good shower,… would book again! 😊

Der Aufenthalt war super. Fahrräder für eine Familie sind da. Nah am Strand. Sauber. Tolle Lage. Alles gut erreichbar. Supermarkt in der Nähe und die Shoppingmeile. Trotzdem sehr ruhige Lage und nachts leise. Ferdinand und Alma haben uns sehr gut geholfen und waren sofort da, weil wir leider den Torschlüssel abgebrochen hatten. Haben alles gleich ausgetauscht. Top. Wenn wir wieder in Lignano Sabbiadoro sind würden wir wieder kommen. 😊

Absolutely lovely stay! The apartment is stunning, with breathtaking sea views and dreamy sunsets—perfect with a cocktail in the hand. Beach access is private and peaceful, and Trieste and Udine are both easy day trips. The complex is well-kept with great parking. Communication with the host Kallirroi was perfect 10/10 !!!very proactive, kind, and super helpful, thank you !

Accoglienza perfetta, anche se sono arrivato in anticipo, la casa era già pronta,pulita in ordine perfetto, avuto subito le chiavi, Tutta la famiglia gentile e disponibile anche se proprio il clima familiare ha subito una perdita cara..... Del Sig. Roberto penso oltre che persona cordiale e disponibile, sa far benissimo il proprio lavoro, mettendo sempre a proprio agio gli ospiti che accoglie i propri ospiti. Completamente soddisfatto ci ritorno prossimamente.

Logement très spacieux et décoré avec goût. Il est très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Stephano est très réactif et disponible. Logement à recommander à 10 minutes de La place Saint Marc.

Giorgia was so kind and welcoming upon our arrival. She had a load of recommendations for us which we followed and were NOT disappointed! We were also able to drop off our luggage ahead of time to avoid having to check it somewhere which we really appreciated. Honestly, look no further for your Venice stay. You’ll have a GREAT time here :)

Great stay with a wonderful host! Lara was very welcoming and provided lots of practical tips that saved us a lot of time and effort during our trip. The location is super convenient — only 10 minutes to Venice’s Piazzale Roma with frequent connections every 10 minutes. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, and check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. The host was always reachable for any questions. Highly recommended — especially for families with kids!

Pierantionio's stunning Venice apartment is one of the best Airbnb's I have stayed in! The apartment itself is beautiful, with views of the canal from multiple windows, and very good value. Just to spend time in the apartment was heavenly. We loved the whirlpool tub. Not only that, but this is the prettiest and one of the most peaceful neighborhoods in Venice. Everything you need is steps from your door. The water bus is a flat and easy 4 minute walk, making luggage transfer from the airport or train station a breeze. The AC was a welcome amenity at night. We felt so lucky to stay here! I hope we get to stay again. If you have the opportunity to book this place, don't think twice, just do it.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders gefallen haben uns die beiden Terrassen und die gute Lage in Bezug auf Bademöglichkeiten, Restaurants und dem kulturellen Leben. In Piran ist immer was los. Am Wochenende konnten wir tolle Livemusik erleben.

Mooi appartement, goede locatie

The apartment is away from the hustle and bustle of the major attractions where you can experience the more quiet life in Venice and imagine yourself living there. One canal over are plenty of restaurants and views. Imagine living in a Disney movie. Another canal down and you have a grocery store in an old theater that’s SO beautiful. There are also more restaurants and shops are over there too. With about a 20-25 minute walk you can be on the other side of the island to see St. Marc’s and Doge. Google maps is your new bestie. I say will my mom (75), my son (12), and myself (38) felt very safe around Venice and never saw anything concerning happening. There are multiple ferry systems. We took one in from the airport that was beautiful and the ferry stop is not far from the apartment. We don’t have this where I am from, so think bus stops for boats. If you have experience with that kind of thing it’s a good way to get around.
