A beautiful apartment surrounded by nature, surrounded by olive and lemon trees. Very clean, kitchen very well equipped and nice seating outside. Mosquito screens on the windows are very convenient. Carlo was a very attentive and friendly host. We will be happy to come back.

Beautiful house, comfortable, bright and spacious, very well located for those who want to visit Sanremo. We had all the advantages of being a few km from the city without the inconveniences of noise and crowds of tourists. Lorenzo welcomed us in person and gave us the tour of the property, explaining everything about the apartment and the neighborhood. During our stay he was available to answer our questions and to help us organize our outings. Thank you very much for hosting us. 🙂

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designe, maintained and comfortable. TV in both lounge and bedroom. A small kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Quadruple glazing cuts out traffic noise from the promenade traffic. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of interest from boats of all descriptions from fishing boats to super-yachts. The promenade is used by cyclists, runners, in-line skaters and is also great for walking. We visited the very interesting and beautiful Renoir house, a museum within walking distance from the apartment. Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes are all within easy reach by rail, which we found to be the best transport. Buses stop outside the flat, especially the 41 which takes you into the centre of town where there are frequent street markets and a covered market selliing fresh fish meat and veg. Numerous restaurants, french, italian, asian are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Peter and Elizabeth Bryant

We had a wonderful stay at Christophe’s Airbnb — it was the perfect escape from the busy tourist spots along the coast. The house is nestled up in the mountains, which makes it very quiet and relaxing, with beautiful surroundings. There is a charming small village just behind the Airbnb, and it’s also very close to St Paul de Vence, which is lovely to visit. We opted to rent a car, which I highly recommend, as it makes getting around much easier and more convenient — plus, the Airbnb has a parking space available. Christophe was very helpful and even arranged a taxi/private car service for us before we decided to just rent a car. Taking the bus is possible, but it can be a hassle if you have a lot of luggage. One thing to keep in mind: the stairs inside the house are quite steep, so it may not be ideal for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. Overall, we loved the tranquility, the nearby village, and Christophe and his wife's warm hospitality. Would definitely stay again!

Phil and Emmanuelle were great hosts. When we arrived, they offered to drive us into Vence to show us around which was super helpful. We shared a drink with Phil as well as he told us about the area and gave amazing local recommendations. The property is very peaceful; a short 30ish minute walk to Vence, or to St. Paul de vence in either direction. We loved our stay. Recommended

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

Sylvie welcomed us very nicely although we were four hours late. We immediately felt comfortable in the very pretty garden, which was made and cared for with love. The apartment, which is very stylish and spiritually furnished, includes everything you need or could need. We gladly used the spa, especially in the blazing sun as it is in the house and offers a very nice view. A private parking space in the quiet private location complete the pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay in San Remo. The apartment is quietly located, has a beautiful view and Mauro is always ready if you have questions. Recommended!

Laura was very available in communications to help us and answer our questions. We were warmly welcomed. The apartment was clean and as shown in the photos. Plenty of space on multiple levels. So a lot of stairs which was not a problem for us but I mention it for those who might have less mobility. The apartment is not new but it is typical of the place and that's what we are looking for. Always more interesting to soak up the place, it's part of the charm and it was comfortable. Parking available definitely a plus. We park without worries and everything works afterwards. Laura is local and is doing a great job promoting her city and wants to share it!

Perfect welcome! Clean, functional accommodation, nothing is missing. Good bedding. The terrace decorated with the old bougainvillea in bloom with incredible scents is a plus. Absolute kindness from Wim and Véro. Very nice stay.

WOW. Charming, inspiring, peaceful, and AMAZING!!! I could have lived there forever. Everything about this place was perfect! Having the window open to listen and watch the birds play and people enjoy the fountain during the day and then the peace that sets over the place at night sets you up for the most amazing sleep! There is air conditioning if needed and everything you need for the most comfortable and charming stay! Walking distance to everything you need and more and THE VIEWS around every beautiful corner!!! We ate wonderful food and had the best time!! What we enjoyed most was chatting with the hosts and shopping in their gallery and shop right there! Don’t hesitate to stay here - I know we will return!!!

The stay was very impressive for us, especially because of the absolute tranquility. Everything was available in the house,it is a very special place and you have to like the solitude. You can take smaller walks in the village,we have encountered many birds and special wild plants. In the house I would have liked an empty closet, for the 6 nights we had to leave things in the bags,as we had no way to unpack things in the lower area. This place is not suitable for people with government restrictions.

Such a beautiful apartment and it’s just 5mins walk to the beach , super market , restaurants just few mins walk , moreover , 3 mins walk to train station that makes my trip a lot more easier , Jerome is such a nice gentleman and provide lots of suggestions , I definitely would come back again , thank you Jerome !

We had a lovely week staying here, the surroundings are beautiful and it was amazing to have access to the pool. Catherine was very friendly and accommodating, providing tips and even food when we arrived late. We will definitely come back!

i left with two friends and we were delighted with our stay at Angela's place. Angela is extremely kind, helpful and welcoming. To our great pleasure, we had the pleasure of discovering its garden which is full of various beautiful plants.. no need to go to a botanical garden.. a pleasure for the eyes and beautiful scents. Erwin and Liliane are very friendly hosts, they live ‘next door’ but never intruded on our privacy. They were very helpful when we asked about anything (how to work the gas plancha, which villages to visit) The view is absolutely stunning. We had a large terrace plus the pool area to admire it from and of course the pool itself which I used every day. The area is a mix of busy coastal towns and quieter mountain scenery and villages. Great restaurant nearby. The apartment itself is a little old fashioned in places, but it had everything we needed. We were very happy there. Thank you Liliane and Erwin!

We had a lovely and relaxing time at Yvan and Peter’s place. It is an ultra peaceful and quiet escape. It’s located high above Nice and offers beautiful views of the Med. The nearest grocery store is about four miles away, Hypermarché Auchan in La Trinité, and it is massive. Just two blocks from the market is a terrific Italian restaurant, Accossato, with some of the best pizza you’ll ever find. This place is a great location for exploring this part of Provence. While driving up to the house, don’t be intimidated by the hairpin turns and switchbacks. Just drive slowly. The kitchen was well appointed and the water pressure is terrific. Unfortunately, it was too cold to use the pool, but that is a nice feature. Internet speed was impressive, allowing us to get a lot of business done on our working holiday. Yvan & Peter are gracious hosts. Be sure to study all the photos & instructions they send you. The remote for the gate is on the keychain they leave in the house. Perfect stay Merci

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

We had a winderful night at this villa. The bost was an amazing women who let ys to be flexible for check-in and check-out. Warm welcoming with her family. At the end, a great green tea from the host ended our journey over there. Hope to see you and your amazing villa again !

Functional and atypical accommodation. Its location is perfect. The city center is within walking distance (about 30 minutes). The location on the hill, the surrounding greenery, the calm as well as the sea views are great. Everything was perfect. Very friendly and available hosts.

Lovely stay at Delphines Airbnb. Perfect host, quick to respond to any questions about our stay, accessible enough area to the beach front, shops and restaurants as well as a short walk to the tram stop to take us into Old Nice.

Had a fantastic stay at Jon's place in Villefranche. The house is set up perfectly for a family gathering and stands up to the pictures. Well located in the hills above Villefranche-sur-mer, it served as a great base for our family to explore the area around Nice.

We have had a wonderful stay at Philippe’s home. The house was beautiful and particularly suitable for our family stay with a small baby. He was very accommodating answering any queries promptly. The information instructions provided were very detailed and helpful. The swimming pool was wonderful as the weather was hot and the air conditioning was very welcome. We were a group of six and the house was very spacious with plenty of room for three couples and a baby. We would like to thank Philippe for hosting us. We have wonderful memories of a lovely holiday at Cagnes sur Mer.
