CHARMING APPARTMENT NEAR THE BORDER, 150M2

My bungalow is spacious, has three bed-rooms, a huge living-dining-room, 2 kitchens, 1 bath-rooms, 2 toilets . There is also a very pleasant terrace and a large garden, a pond, the nature behind the house!, it is very quiet, in the village you have shops and lovely inns, In May,June, July August September and December, I give the house to groups of 4 to 8 persons. When I receive guests, I am living very discreetly in the basement. I am busy during the day but can be helpful .

The small (mobile air conditioning available) half-timbered house (tiny house) from 1836 in Kehl-Kork was expanded and renovated with a lot of love. The French city of Strasbourg can be reached in a few minutes by car. Also convenient by train from cork or tram from Kehl center. The cottage is located on the historic Korker Bühl with the Korker Taurus. The tiny is for max. 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. (Sofa bed and a staircase leads to the 1.80 m wide loft bed)

Our apartment is on the first floor of our house. On approx. 90 square meters, we offer you a cozy 3-room apartment to feel good. It has 4-5 beds and invites you to relax. The apartment is located in a central yet very quiet street in the center of Appenweier. Appenweier is a municipality in the Ortenau district located between the Black Forest and Strasbourg. The transport connection is perfect for exploring many excursion destinations and attractions in the area.

For about 200 years, the train station has been a place for travelers and vacationers. Today you can live in it. Whether with friends or in a small family group. Behind the railway line (5-minute walk) you will find a small stream, fields, forest and meadows. Our granny apartment is in the middle of Urloffen. The apartment is located on the ground floor and was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2023. The access path and terrace were redone in 2025. Bus stop, bakery, pharmacy and grocery stores are within walking distance.
