The house is located in the center of the village, so you can use your feet . All the shops are within walking distance and you may find everything you need for your vacation. The nearest sandy and shallow beach is at 45 meters and Ammolofi is 1.5 km away. IMPORTANT NOTE: "single-sofa-beds" can sleep only children 4-5 years old.

It is a 150 sqm lounge apartment that will offer you the most comfortable holidays in Kavala. It has 3 bedrooms, a comfortable bathroom which is equipped with jacuzzi and separate shower area, a large functional kitchen, dining area and a 300 sqm spacious outdoor garden area with BBQ. The main "attraction" in our home is our indoor pool. You can freely use it privately for 24 hours.

George was a wonderful host, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is in a convenient location, between Iraklisa and Peramos, so it was a quick trip to the beautiful beaches and local restaurants. The house has a beautiful yard, which is filled with olive trees and a parking spot for your car. We hope to stay here again next time we visit Greece. Thank you again for a great stay.

Staying at Diana's house has been a wonderful experience. The house was spotlessly clean, convenient, beautifully decorated and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. It easily fit more people. We were a group of eight and always had enough dishes, cutlery and space to sit all together. We loved the seating areas outside the house. At any time of the day there was a spot in the shade where you could eat or just chill and enjoy the stunning nature around. Some of us regularly took a nap on the sofa outside. As mentioned by Diana, the beach was stoney and there were urchins, so shoes were definitely needed. The water was very clear and it was perfect for snorkelling. Plenty of sea life to see. Easy to paddle or row to other nearby beaches or to a cliff jumping spot if you feel adventurous. While the village and the organised beaches were quite busy, we were mostly by ourselves. Diana has been an amazing host - very friendly, caring and helpful. Overall, a place to come back to!
