It is located in APCHAT, in the hamlet of "Féchal", a small village 6 km from the Parc Animalier d'Auvergne. *10 minutes away is BLESLE, a village ranked as one of the most beautiful in France. *6 km away, there are two rivers for fishermen. *For ski lovers, 2 resorts: Super Besse (Puy de Dôme) 1 hour away, Le Lioran (Cantal) 1 hour 15 minutes away *Hiking trails (12 km "Les Trois Vallées") at the gates of the vacation rental.

A mezzanine area provides a further two single beds. A fully-equipped kitchen with a wood-burning stove. It also has a lovely terrace and gardens. Situated just 500m ( 10 minute walk) from the Auberge de Chassignolles with its amazing restaurant. There is an additional 70 m² yoga/dance studio that can be rented separately.

And that's what makes it special. 🏡✨ The house is located in the village where the Auvergne animal park is located. 25 min from Issoire, 40 min from Clermont-Ferrand, close to Sancy and Cézallier. 🏞️📍

Our home is designed for a family with children, comfortable for a couple. - We offer a living room: Table for meals, Mini bar, Coffee maker, kettle. - No kitchen. - Internet - Toilet and shower. - 2 Beds (1600 x 2000) - Folding sofa (1100 x 1900) - Only dogs are allowed: We ask for an extra €15 per stay and per dog not exceeding 40 cm at the withers, beyond this size the extra is €30. We limit the number of these companions to two.

It is conveniently located both quietly in a subdivision of a pretty village and close to Issoire, easy to access because not far from exit 15 of the A75. Perfect as a stopover for travelers or as a love nest to visit our beautiful region.

Wood is omnipresent with a warm decor and unique creations in solid oak. 2 bedrooms: one on the ground floor and one on the mezzanine (not suitable for young children).
