Fully equipped and designed with your comfort in mind. Right on the sand and a great location. Two blocks from Shopping Praiamar and very close to bakeries, supermarkets, shops and restaurants. The apartment has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, Wi-Fi, 2 smart TVs, a coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer and a great shower. Complete trousseau and kitchen. This is the Beach Apartment!

Super comfortable and well-ventilated apartment in Santos, in front of the beach, 24-hour doorman, with several restaurants and shops around. Come and enjoy the beach, boardwalk, bike path and kiosks. On the same street as the Praiamar mall, two blocks away, with several stores, a movie theater, a large food court and two blocks from Macdonald's on the waterfront. It is 700 meters from the Sesc de Santos. We have 1 parking space, but the spaces are insufficient! Parking has valet.
