My contact was with Sabrina, Roseli's co-host. She was extremely attentive to me. She answered me and cleared my doubts promptly! The apartment's location couldn't be better. I stayed 1 week and didn't take my car out of the garage, I did absolutely everything on foot, and I found the location very safe too. Even more so because I was alone. Noble point of Santos. I'll be back for sure!

Real estate in great place, we don't miss anything. Close to everything, bakery, restaurants, snack bars…The apartment was extremely clean. Kitchen with various accessories (although we used only cutlery and dishes), because of the location we do not feel the need to cook. Very polite porter. Only leaving an alert for the other tenants, the region is full of beggars, which does not take away the beauty of the beach, but some bother a little. Besides, we want to go back again and again.

To begin with, I must say that Alice was extremely understanding and is an excellent host. The apartment is huge! Much larger than you can see from the photos. The extremely smelly bath towels. The beds are impeccable. Each with a blanket and bedding. Among other things, the trousseau is to be congratulated. The apartment is on the 10th floor and has all the windows screened. The condominium staff is super nice too. The location is very good, close to bars, restaurants, markets, ice cream shops and walking distance to the sand. We really enjoyed it and I'm excited to be back soon.

Celso's apartment exceeded expectations. The location is great, with easy access to restaurants and transportation, and the building is quiet. The space is clean, well decorated and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Celso was a thoughtful host and responded quickly to all my questions. Amazing Apartment. Super clean and bright, comfortable and clean bedding. It offers everything, towels, soaps is really complete and to go just to enjoy. Valéria is a sweetheart, responded quickly and helped me in everything until flexible check out. All impeccable. The only thing worth highlighting in the announcement is that I back room is very hot and we can't use it, I believe that an air or fan would solve the problem because the room is comfortable and has a bathroom, it can easily accommodate 2 people.

My daughter and I stayed again this year and we just love it here. Breathtaking view of all of Santos and very well located, w market, beach, and quick walk to the Gonzaga. Thank you for a lovely stay again and always being kind. Until next year... beijos

Simply perfect! The apartment is impeccable — extremely clean, well decorated and everything working perfectly. The facilities are great, with a well-equipped kitchen, super comfortable bed and air-conditioned environments. But the highlight, without a doubt, is the breathtaking ocean view! Waking up to that landscape was a privilege. Communication with Andressa was also excellent, always attentive and available. I would definitely go back and strongly recommend!

Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.
