70-square-meter three-room apartment, recently renovated. Bright, spacious and with new furnishings. Balcony with beautiful mountain views. A few meters from the pedestrian center, in an area well served by public transport and full of free parking (many are adjacent to the house and usable 24 hours a day except Sunday night for street cleaning). Nearby are grocery stores, a pharmacy, a tobacco shop, bars and restaurants. A few minutes from the city's main monuments (Roman Bridge, etc.).

My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and families with a small child. The house is in an ideal geographical context because it is close to the city center and at the same time in a very quiet place surrounded by greenery on the first hill of Aosta. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and the price includes all expenses including final cleaning. In July and August, if there is a free week, I do not rent for less than 5 days... I apologize...

My cozy and quiet accommodation is close to Piazza Roncas and Piazza della Cattedrale, in the historic center of Aosta, full of restaurants, bars and shops. The central location of the house allows you to walk to all the main tourist attractions in the city. It has private parking. About 10 minutes away are the train station, the bus terminal and the departure of the cable car to Pila. My place is good for couples and families (with children).
