Wonderful hotel room on the ground floor with a walkout to the large shared pool. The hotel has 24/7 security which wasn’t really needed but was extra peace of mind. The hotel is between the 2 lagoons and right off the pier. Location couldn’t be better for access to restaurants, boat tours, nightlife, etc

This is the second time I've stayed at this AirBNB. It's in a perfect location and has a great breakfast, amazing pool, and is perfectly just outside of the party noise on the beach at night, but easily walkable to everything. One thing to beware of (at least during rainy season) is that some combination of the A/C and humidity makes water accumulate on the floor. There is a dehumidifier that helped, but it may take you a bit to figure out the right balance.

The place is beautiful, the room in front of the sea, clean pool and staff very friendly. The breakfast was nice because they offered something local every day!

Great place to stay if you’re looking to relax and enjoy the beach. Friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was good. The hotel it self could use some renovation but it didn’t interfere in our stay. Stunning pool area and outside surrounding, would definitely recommend.

It‘s a good place for staying at phi phi. It‘s central and close to everything and the workers and receptionists are so nice. Would stay there again next year

A lovely stay at Sebastiens place. A good and peaceful location within walking distance to the beach and a cocktail bar/restaurant and cafe. Sebastien was really accomadating with our check in time and was always easy to communicate with. A very lovely man to chat to as well :)

We really enjoyed this place. Everything was impeccably clean, tidy, and decorated with taste. Lots of extra dishes and linens were available. Small extras (headlamp, mosquito spirals, etc.) were appreciated. The location with a great view is very quiet. A real pleasure to spend time on the beautiful terrace. Within walking distance, everything is available. We appreciated the small explanatory documents in the listing for suggestions of activities or for “logistics”. Please note that Saralisa was extremely responsive and responded to our requests immediately. The exchanges were warm. A beautiful stay in this spotless and warm place. Thanks!!!

very nice villa including a privat pool. 3 big bed rooms (each with a shower and toilet). very nice location and if you have a scooter very close to the beach and others.

We had a great stay, individual accommodation, very clean and cozy, perfectly matching the description, our host was very responsive and the staff was adorable A peaceful place I recommend it And the company of the animals was pure happiness, my daughter cuddled all the animals she met

Great host and great staff at Seava House. We very much enjoyed our stay. Flexible check-in and we were able to arrange an airport transfer with Techin prior to arriving at Krabi airport. Friendly and welcoming staff also and we were able to ask any questions and also able to rent bikes at the place too which made getting around super convenient. The aircon was super cold which was great with the heat, the pool was very clean and well maintained, we were pleased with being able to use the washing machine for our laundry and clothes rack. Well stocked toiletries and the beds were comfortable also. Minor notes - our room seemed to have noises in the morning on the roof everyday around 6am from birds I think and the loo roll was plentiful however we wished they were slightly thicker. Nonetheless, certainly a great stay and find in Ao Nang and recommend staying!

My family stayed 8 incredible nights, as the lost stop on our 3 weeks in Thailand and it was perfect. Located a little bit out of Ao Nang but we hired scooters to get around easily. And there is the amazing Joy Beach Cafe (and more) right next door… bliss. Easy walk to the ferry to get to Railay. The villa was beautiful, great amenities but outdoor living. My kids loved the outdoor movie - especially after many weeks of no screens. Othman was easily available and responded quickly, however we mostly sorted ourselves. Highly recommend.
