I live right next to the two apartments that I rent, I am happy to share my beloved apartments with humans from all over the world, but you must be aware that I am not a tourist agency, I am not a hotel, I am not a tourism entrepreneur, I am just a simple inhabitant of Manarola, a kind of hermit. At my apartments you don't just rent a place to sleep or eat, but you rent to live an experience, specifically the experience of being on the terrace with that panoramic sea view.

Appartamento al primo piano di un palazzo nel centro storico di Levanto, a soli pochi minuti dal mare. L'appartamento può ospitare fino a 4 persone (2 letti matrimoniali, di cui un divano letto , in due ambienti diversi), con la possibilità di aggiungere una culla ( per bambini fino a 3 anni) E' dotato di una cucina completamente attrezzata, un' ampia sala con tavolo da pranzo e divano letto a due piazze, una camera da letto, e un bagno con doccia. Il mare in casa

"IL MARE IN CASA" apartment is located in Riomaggiore's marina, its a former fisher's household with a wonderful terrace just above the sea, the view is incredible. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, ceiling fan, microwave, hairdryer, NESPRESSO coffee machine, and much more. All the products are tested and the environment is regularly sanitized.

A pochi metri di distanza c’è un parcheggio pubblico, sempre sulla strada adiacente l’ appartamento si trova fermata dell’ autobus per poter raggiungere la stazione ferroviaria ( collegata alle 5 terre) , da cui si può accedere alle spiagge adiacenti e alla pista ciclopedonale che permette di raggiungere i borghi di Bonassola e Levanto.

The apartment is perfect for two people or a small family or friends. The view from the balcony is Amazing. At about 10 minutes walking, through a stairs you can find a lovely inlet with rocks, perfect to swim; it's called "la marina".
