Anzing is the perfect starting point for excursions to the Erding thermal baths, Munich, Ebersberg or the trade fair in Riem. Thanks to its location on the A94, you can easily get to Munich city center by car. On weekdays, a convenient bus connection provides extra flexibility. The apartment is idyllically located overlooking the Ebersberg Forest. Trade fair visitors can drive to the Riem trade fair in about 12 minutes. It is fully furnished, fully equipped, and bed linens and towels are included.

Nice neighborhood and supermarket, fruit and vegetable shop and a little square for the kids to play are just 200 metres far away, which u can see through the big window in the living room. 8 minutes walk u will arrive s bahn 6, station baldham, and S6 will take u directly to the city centre of Munich. if u drive by car, u can park on the street, which is free. welcome to my little nice apartment. I will always there for u when u check in.

Close to the Messe München (15 min): A healthy, solid wooden house, high-quality, spacious, with a few, high-quality materials, clearly and minimalistically furnished. Are you looking for something in the Alps? A mountain hut? Or in Munich? A loft? Here we are right in between: Quickly in the city and yet quickly in the mountains. The house and shower water is heated with wood, you have to heat it yourself. The location of the house is NOT SUITABLE FOR A VISIT TO THE OKTOBERFEST!

In Poing there is a large wildlife park and a swimming lake, as well as several playgrounds.

Sie verfügt über einen separaten Eingang, die Hauptausrichtung ist Süd-West. Parkplätze stehen ausreichend zur Verfügung.
