Anzing is the perfect starting point for excursions to the Erding thermal baths, Munich, Ebersberg or the trade fair in Riem. Thanks to its location on the A94, you can easily get to Munich city center by car. On weekdays, a convenient bus connection provides extra flexibility. The apartment is idyllically located overlooking the Ebersberg Forest. Trade fair visitors can drive to the Riem trade fair in about 12 minutes. It is fully furnished, fully equipped, and bed linens and towels are included.

Quiet feel-good oasis | 3 bedrooms near Munich

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Our accommodation is the ideal base for your exploration/shopping tour in the Bavarian capital! 10 minutes by car or 2 train stations away, you will find wellness & fun at the Therme Erding! Close to the Munich Trade Fair (15 min): A healthy solid wooden house, high-quality, spacious, clearly and minimalist furnished with few, high-quality materials. Are you looking for something in the Alps? A mountain hut? Or in Munich? A loft? Here we are right in between: Quickly in the city and still quickly in the mountains. The house and shower water is heated with wood, you have to heat it yourself. The location of the house is NOT SUITABLE FOR A VISIT TO THE OKTOBERFEST!

The S-Bahn to Munich (runs every 20 minutes) is within walking distance (10 minutes), travel time: 25 minutes to Marienplatz, close to the A 99 / A 94. In Poing there is a large wildlife park and a swimming lake, as well as several playgrounds.

Sie verfügt über einen separaten Eingang, die Hauptausrichtung ist Süd-West. Parkplätze stehen ausreichend zur Verfügung.

Destinations like the Therme Erding, the Munich Trade Fair and the Munich airport can be easily reached by car. Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's Marienplatz within 40 minutes. The S-Bahn train station can be reached by stairs.
