It has all the features you'd expect in a home: bathroom with shower, 140x190 bed for two, kitchen with sink, fridge, and induction hob, & a comfy sofa all set in a smartly designed layout to maximize space without sacrificing comfort and convenience. Add in the large terrace and even larger garden and you've found your own private tiny paradise!

Our house is situated in the middle of the meadow at the beginning of the small village Modrejce, just a few steps away from the lake. The apartment, which is separated from our flat, is on the left side of the house and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation! We are a family of 5 - everyone with different interests, but all connected to our beautiful nature. Therefore, we can help you find something you enjoy - at our house or in Soča Valley!

The apartment offers an ideal place to stay for up to 4 people who like to be close to nature and have morning coffee with a beautiful view of Krn. The apartment is located between the Soča and Nadiža valleys, which offer many opportunities for activities in nature. It can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people and is served by all the city's urban lines. *** The city of Udine has introduced the tourist tax for those staying in the city starting from 1.02.25. The amount is €1.60 per night per person up to a maximum of five nights. It will be collected upon arrival directly from the Host.
