La ubicación del apartamento es muy buena, es una zona con muchos restaurantes, mercados y fácil de llegar. Desde el principio fue fácil comunicarme con Santiago y siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros, el apartamento estaba muy limpio, organizado, y cómodo; volvería totalmente!

Todo en el lugar estaba en orden, el lugar cuenta con todo lo que ofrece, es fácil llegar, siempre vale la pena regresar.

Great Place. It had everything i needed. Awesome view of the city and the host was awesome as well. Constantly checking in to see if I needed anything or if I was ok. Lots of great local restaurants in the area. There's an awesome Mexican spot around the corner with the best tacos I've had in Medellín. I'll definitely stay in the apartment again.

Ruben is one of the best hosts i’ve encountered on AirBNB, his willingness to aid his guests in anything makes him THE BEST. The apartment was flawless with many amenities surrounding such as great returners, views, and ease of access to and from wherever you want to go.

Amazing place in walking distance of anything you need. The host is awesome and responsive, the apartment was perfect (loved relaxing on the balcony - hours of entertainment) and the security staff was great too. Highly recommended.

Where do I begin, first let me start with Mateo, hands down the best airbnb host I have ever come across. A few words that come to mind, respectful, patient, understanding, helpful, kind, generous, I could on and on, the man is an absolute saint in every way. He went above and beyond any host I have ever met! and for his airbnb, I almost dont have words. i have seen many airbnb penthouses, but I truely believe he has one of the best if not the best penthouse in all of Medellin. its absolutely breathtaking. the terrace by the jacuzzi will fill you with emotion its so beautiful. I was overwhelmed when I arrived, it was litteraly perfect in every way, and it was over stocked with anything you could possibly imagine needing. The feeling it gives with all the plants and the natural lighting and attention to detail, I will never forget being allowed to stay in this airbnb, it was truely one of the highlights of my lifetime. Thank you again Mateo, it was the experience of a lifetime!

A mi familia y a mi, nos encantó el lugar, mis niñas se divirtieron mucho en la piscina y en el parque. Oscar fue muy atento y estaba pendiente de todo. Estamos pensando regresar en muestra próximas vacaciones.

Sitio agradable para 6 personas. Áreas comunes verdes y con excelentes zonas húmedas. Variedad de sitios y actividades a realizar cerca. Propicio para familias con niños que gusten de las piscinas, toboganes y demás zonas húmedas. El aseo de la propiedad es impecable. Tal cómo descrito en la publicación. Cuenta con registro hotelero (gran punto a su favor aunque se ve reflejado en el precio. Es de notar que el precio estaba competitivo). El propietario/administrador responde con prontitud y siempre pendiente que todo estuviera bien. Sitio para volver a visitar.

Nuestra estadía fue muy agradable. El alojamiento es muy tranquilo, cómodo y está muy bien dotado. Las zonas sociales y las piscinas maravillosas. Muy recomendado.

Clean, well-equipped apartment with comfortable bed and a fantastic view. Modern building with full amenities: a gym, a pool and 24/7 manned front desk. Walk to shops/restaurants within 5 minutes, to the center of Poblado in 10 min. Friendly host who responds instantaneously and provides useful information. I would return again.

El lugar es cómodo, se ve un poco más grande en fotos. Está muy bien equipado con buena ventilación y todo lo necesario para pasar un buen rato.

Urban Studios is also a great option for families. The environment is calm, welcoming, and kid-friendly, which made a big difference for us. We especially appreciated the pool area, which was clean, relaxing, and never too crowded. A perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the city. A big shout-out to our host, who was responsive, accommodating, and genuinely cared about our comfort throughout the stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Urban Studios is a safe, stylish, and welcoming place to stay — perfect for families, couples, or solo travelers looking for a stress-free base in this beautiful city.

Beautiful apartment, clean and spacious, the apartment is actually bigger than I thought. from the check-in to the check-out everything was great. the building is beautiful, safe, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Great apartment for work from home, good internet, has nice desk for work. the apartment has everything you need for long stay. I highly recommend

Excelente lugar a un excelente precio!! Súper completo el apartamento, en muy buenas condiciones, muy limpio, tranquilo, bien dotado. Todo 20/10. La mayoría de aptos no cuentan con lavadora, pero este si lo tiene y eso es un plus gigante al precio de arrendamiento. Lo único que le faltaría para ser un 200/10 es el aire acondicionado, hace demasiado calor en Santa Fe de Antioquia y si bien el apto tiene 3 ventiladores que funcionan súper bien hay días en los que el calor es demasiado demasiado fuerte
