The apartment's location is very good, it is an area with many restaurants, markets and easy to get to. From the beginning it was easy to communicate with Santiago and he was always attentive to us, the apartment was very clean, organized, and comfortable; I would totally come back!

The pool is beautiful and we loved the hot tub and steam room! Very quiet, pretty, peaceful place and you can hear the stream at the edge of the property.

Great Place. It had everything i needed. Awesome view of the city and the host was awesome as well. Constantly checking in to see if I needed anything or if I was ok. Lots of great local restaurants in the area. There's an awesome Mexican spot around the corner with the best tacos I've had in Medellín. I'll definitely stay in the apartment again.

I was really impressed with this apartment, all the attention to detail and very modern decoration makes it feel like home. The view is amazing from all rooms, everything feels new and there are very good cafes for coffee and drinks close by. Olga is an amazing host, very kind, proactive and always quick to answer any questions. Definitely recommended, you will not regret booking this place, it really is a 5 star apartment.

Thanks Leonely for a lovely stay - the apartment was a peaceful place to spend time, it was clean and well maintained, as well as having three very spacious bedrooms. The location Belen is very peaceful and near shops. It's very easy to get to other parts of Medellin for sight-seeing or other activities. We did Guatape on one day - this took about 2 hours to drive to. Poblado is about 15 minutes away by taxi, and Comuna Trece was about 20 minutes away. All places I would recommend to go. Overall, the apartment was great - had a lovely view in the mornings and I would highly recommend staying there.

Amazing place in walking distance of anything you need. The host is awesome and responsive, the apartment was perfect (loved relaxing on the balcony - hours of entertainment) and the security staff was great too. Highly recommended.

Where do I begin, first let me start with Mateo, hands down the best airbnb host I have ever come across. A few words that come to mind, respectful, patient, understanding, helpful, kind, generous, I could on and on, the man is an absolute saint in every way. He went above and beyond any host I have ever met! and for his airbnb, I almost dont have words. i have seen many airbnb penthouses, but I truely believe he has one of the best if not the best penthouse in all of Medellin. its absolutely breathtaking. the terrace by the jacuzzi will fill you with emotion its so beautiful. I was overwhelmed when I arrived, it was litteraly perfect in every way, and it was over stocked with anything you could possibly imagine needing. The feeling it gives with all the plants and the natural lighting and attention to detail, I will never forget being allowed to stay in this airbnb, it was truely one of the highlights of my lifetime. Thank you again Mateo, it was the experience of a lifetime!

Ruben is one of the best hosts i’ve encountered on AirBNB, his willingness to aid his guests in anything makes him THE BEST. The apartment was flawless with many amenities surrounding such as great returners, views, and ease of access to and from wherever you want to go.

Clean, well-equipped apartment with comfortable bed and a fantastic view. Modern building with full amenities: a gym, a pool and 24/7 manned front desk. Walk to shops/restaurants within 5 minutes, to the center of Poblado in 10 min. Friendly host who responds instantaneously and provides useful information. I would return again.

The place is comfortable, it looks a little bigger in photos. It's very well equipped with good ventilation and everything you need to have a good time.

Urban Studios is also a great option for families. The environment is calm, welcoming, and kid-friendly, which made a big difference for us. We especially appreciated the pool area, which was clean, relaxing, and never too crowded. A perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the city. A big shout-out to our host, who was responsive, accommodating, and genuinely cared about our comfort throughout the stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Excellent place at an excellent price!! The apartment is super complete, in very good condition, very clean, quiet, well equipped. Everything 20/10. Most apartments don't have a washing machine, but this one does and that's a huge plus at the rental price. The only thing missing to be a 200/10 is air conditioning, it is too hot in Santa Fe de Antioquia and although the apartment has 3 fans that work super well there are days when the heat is too strong
